SATENPE recebe visita da deputada federal Marília Arraes

O encontro, que ocorreu nesta segunda (13), discutiu ações legislativas para a valorização dos Auxiliares e Técnicos de Enfermagem de Pernambuco
Em reunião com a deputada federal Marília Arraes (PT), nesta segunda-feira (13/04), a diretoria do Sindicato Profissional dos Auxiliares e Técnicos de Enfermagem de Pernambuco (SATENPE) apresentou um conjunto de propostas a serem pautadas pela parlamentar na Câmara Federal. O encontro ocorreu na sede da entidade, no Recife.
Segundo o presidente do SATENPE, Francis Herbert, após mais de um ano da pandemia do novo coronavírus, não houve previsão no orçamento público para a implementação de iniciativas em benefício da categoria, que desempenha um papel fundamental na assistência às vítimas da Covid-19. Entre as principais sugestões apresentadas estão a criação da gratificação pandêmica e a insalubridade em grau máximo, de 40%.
“Devido a pandemia. o nível de exposição desses trabalhadores tem elevado a contaminação e o número de óbitos. Além disso, sofrem ainda com a jornada excessiva e a falta de condições de trabalho, levando esses profissionais ao esgotamento físico e mental. É urgente que as autoridades promovam ações que venham a valorizar a categorial”, destacou Francis.
A deputada Marília Arraes colocou o seu mandato à disposição e se comprometeu em pesquisar, junto à Câmara Federal, os textos ou iniciativas de lei sobre a gratificação pandêmica e a insalubridade em grau máximo. Caso necessário, vai apresentar leis específicas e articular com os outros parlamentares sobre os temas propostos pela diretoria do sindicato.
A reunião também contou com outros representantes do SATENPE: vice-presidente, Gilberto Flávio; secretário Social, Gomes Filho; secretário-geral, Magdiel Matias e o assessor político, Luciano Lima, além de assessores parlamentares.
