Proposta de lei que visa inibir o cancelamento do serviço de energia e água durante o surto do COVID-19 é ideia de Raphael Sarmento, pré-candidato a vereador em Jaboatão
Como é sabido o surto do covid. 19 ou coronavírus como é popularmente conhecido tem preocupado muita gente que têm tomado medidas de precaução para possível falta de abastecimento nos mercados. Além do que, segundo orientações do ministério da Saúde e demais autoridades sanitárias a população deve investir em materiais de higiene pessoal, como álcool em gel, sabão e equipamentos de proteção individual como máscaras e luvas.
A proposta visa compensar a instabilidade que os pequenos comerciantes já tem sentido no mercado.
Muitos cidadãos estão se prevenido estocando suplementos e materiais de proteção.
Porém, esta medida por muitas vezes pode causar uma desregulação no orçamento familiar substituindo o pagamento das tarifas de energia e água.
Segundo recomendações do ministério da Saúde é necessário o isolamento voluntário, que não poderia ser feito se a energia e a água forem cortadas. Além de não ter atrativo para ficar em casa, o cidadão também não terá como se higienizar da maneira correta sem o serviço de água. O jovem Raphael Sarmento, pré-candidato a vereador em Jaboatão dos Guararapes entrou em contato com deputado federal Fernando Rodolfo (PL- PE) apresentando a ideia que imediatamente foi recebida pelo parlamentar e encaminhada ao congresso como Projeto de Lei em caráter de urgência. A mesma será analisada e posta em votação.
A PL visa dar mais estabilidade aos cidadãos que estão nesse momento com suas prioridades focadas e se prevenir do coronavírus.
Segundo Fernando Rodolfo: “As concessionárias de serviços públicos podem aguardar mais um pouco, como também fizeram as instituições bancárias.”
Nesse momento temos uma missão combater o contágio do COVID.19 qualquer outra preocupação pode ser adiada. Afirmou Raphael Sarmento.
