Prefeito Anderson Ferreira garante reajuste de 12,84% para os professores
O prefeito do Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Anderson Ferreira, anunciou, nesta quarta-feira (18), o reajuste salarial de 12,84% para os professores da rede municipal de ensino. O professor 1 passará a receber R$ 3.192 e o salário do professor 2 será de R$ 3.578, acima do piso nacional estabelecido pelo Ministério da Educação, que é de R$ 2.886. Com este reajuste, Jaboatão será o município com o maior salário da categoria na Região Metropolitana.
Os demais servidores do Jaboatão terão aumento de 4,19%, com base no IPCA. Após o fechamento do acordo com o funcionalismo, o projeto de lei será encaminhado à Câmara de Vereadores para votação.
“Desde o início das negociações com os servidores municipais, a intenção foi sempre valorizá-los, em reconhecimento ao trabalho e à contribuição que todos dão à população. Fizemos os cálculos para atender ao pleitos do funcionalismo e mantivemos o compromisso de pagar acima do piso nacional dos professores”, destacou Anderson Ferreira.
Nas negociações com o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação do Município do Jaboatão dos Guararapes (Sinproja), ficou acordado que o reajuste será concedido em quatro parcelas. As duas primeiras, de 2,19 e 2% virão nos meses de abril e julho. Na folha de pagamento de setembro serão mais 4% e o restante para chegar ao índice de 12,84% será no mês de novembro.
O aumento salarial de 4,19% dos servidores municipais será dividido em duas parcelas, sendo a primeira de 2,19%, no mês de maio, e a diferença em julho. A proposta da Prefeitura foi apresentada ao Sindicato dos Servidores Municipais do Jaboatão dos Guararapes (Sinsmujg) e a categoria aprovou durante assembleia realizada nesta quarta-feira.
