Fim da exigência de simulador e suspensão de aulas práticas para cinquentinhas entram em vigor
A quantidade de aulas necessárias para tirar a CNH (Carteira Nacional de Habilitação), serão reduzidas a partir desta segunda-feira (16). A mudança também se estende para os motoristas interessados em obter a ACC (Autorização para Conduzir Ciclomotor), documento exigido para dirigir cinquentinhas, ciclomotores com potência de até 50 cilindradas. As novas regras foram determinadas em junho deste ano e entram em vigor hoje (16).
Para a categoria B, responsável por carros, as aulas em simulador nas autoescolas passam a ser facultativas, reduzindo o número de horas obrigatórias de 25 para 20.
Com as mudanças na ACC, os condutores de cinquentinhas poderão fazer as provas prática e teórica mesmo sem terem passado por aulas práticas, somente em casos de reprovação, a aula passará a ser obrigatória. Em setembro de 2020 as aulas voltarão a ser exigidas para todos, mas apenas 5 horas serão obrigatórias, uma delas deverá ser noturna. Atualmente, a exigência é de 20 horas. Os candidatos também poderão usar sua própria cinquentinha no exame prático, desde que o veículo não tenha mais do que 5 anos de uso.

Através de limitar, o TRF-4 manteve a obrigatoriedade das aulas em simulador para os condutores do Rio Grande do Sul.
