Ações do Jaboatão contra Covid-19 são compartilhadas com cidades de outros países
Três ações de boas práticas desenvolvidas pela Prefeitura do Jaboatão dos Guararapes no enfrentamento ao novo coronavírus (Covid-19) ganharam destaque internacional ao serem incluídas na plataforma Cities Global Health (www.citiesforglobalhealth.
Participam da iniciativa 81 cidades de 29 países. Do Brasil, projetos de apenas oito municípios foram incluídos na publicação. Além de Jaboatão, são citadas ações de São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Salvador, Brasília, Curitiba e Niterói. Na lista ainda constam Berlim, Barcelona, Cidade do México, Seul e Buenos Aires, entre outras cidades. A plataforma Cities Global Health é uma iniciativa co-liderada pela Metropolis e pela Aliança Euro-Latina-Americana de Cooperação entre Cidades, AL-LAs e integra a Live Learning, que atua em vários países.
“Neste momento em que o mundo luta contra essa pandemia, é necessário que haja união de todos para salvar vidas. Nossas plataformas, aplicativos, atendimento psicológico online e todas as ações realizadas diariamente são ferramentas que contribuem muito nas orientações e sobre os cuidados para evitar o contágio do Covid-19. É importante a troca de informações e a aplicação de projetos que possam ajudar o maior número pessoas possível”, ressaltou o prefeito do Jaboatão, Anderson Ferreira.
