A gratidão é um dos sentimentos mais extraordinário que nós seres humanos temos o privilégio de sentir.
A gratidão faz com que percebamos que tudo que temos nesse momento , e não o que já tivemos ou que ainda teremos mas absolutamente tudo que temos agora, é o suficiente para nós fazer se sentir privilegiados; é esse sentimento que faz a gente perceber que aquilo que parece banal, não é banal, ter seu cérebro funcionando atento, ser capaz de ver, escutar, falar, respirar, ter a consciência do mundo em volta de si, isso tudo não é banal, isso tudo é um grande privilégio da existência; e não ser grato por essas coisas que parecem simples, básicas demais é um desperdício de estar vivo.
Não quero com isso dizer que não devemos correr atrás dos nossos sonhos e querer mais do que já temos, são os sonhos que nos guia, porém, a luta pela realização dos nossos sonho não deve de maneira alguma se sobrepor à gratidão por aquilo que já conquistamos; a capacidade de estabelecer novas conquistas estar inteiramente ligado à nossa capacidade de reconhecer o valor de tudo que a vida já nos deu; O que nós põe diante do novo é a gratidão.
Que causa sofrimento como como ansiedade, insatisfação e por consequência depressão , é o desejo, quando o desejo cessa, cessa também o sofrimento; por isso sejamos vigilantes nos nossos anseios e assim sincronizar nossos projetos com a vontade de Deus, e a melhor forma de fazer isso é sendo grato pelo que já Ele já fez por nós.
Não estou aqui te chamando pra brincar de Poliana, fingir que estar tudo bem e não olhar para a peleja que talvez você esteja enfrentando, encaramos isso com respeito e serenidade, pois cada luta traz sua dor mas é certo que cada dor trará sua lição.
