Recuperado de uma fratura durante os treinos, lutador de jiu-jitsu volta ao tatame no campeonato pernambucano
Em setembro de 2017 quando se preparava para lutar o campeonato: “Rio Internacional Pro,no Rio de Janeiro, o pernambucano Eduardo Queseno, faixa preta em jiu-jitsu, sofreu um acidente durante um treino que lhe deixou fora da competição. Agora recuperado ele volta ao tatame em sua terra natal para disputar o campeonato pernambucano.
O campeonato pernambucano de jiu-jitsu tem três etapas durante o ano e a primeira, acontece entre os dias 06 e 07 de abril , onde o atleta irá competir representando a equipe Vegas que é sua antiga equipe em Recife. Liderada pelo mestre Jailson Silva que trás em sua bagagem mais 18 anos de experiência, como treinador.
Neste campeonato, a equipe Vegas participa com toda sua equipe,inclusive o mestre Jailson, que vem se preparando dedicadamente para este campeonato.Entre seus atletas que irão competir estão : Douglas Oliveira, Ulysses Ferreira e Silvio Arco-Verde. As outras duas etapas do pernambucano acontecem nos mêses de julho e novembro.
Quando tinha 25 anos Eduardo saiu de Recife rumo ao Rio de Janeiro em busca de seu sonho e também de uma chance melhor de vida ,assim como fazem muitos atletas nordestinos com poucas oportuninades de carreira. “Cheguei ao Rio, atraves do meu primeiro mestre o Antônio Sacramento. Nunca vou esquecer essa experiência e todo apoio que ele me deu”, conta o atleta.
Na cidade maravilhosa, Queseno conheceu seus idolos do jiu-jitsu, que antes, ele só via nas revistas de luta e realizou seu sonho participando de equipes como a dos mestres Carlson Gracie, Wallid Ismail, Leonardo Specterow e Ricardo de La Riva entre outros. No campeonato, Queseno promete colocar em pratica tudo que aprendeu com seus mestres e pra ele a lição mais importante é nunca desistir do jiu-jitsu.
