Representante é detido por corrupção ativa na BR 232, em São Caetano
Homem se recusou a realizar o teste do bafômetro e ofereceu R$300,00 para tentar ser liberado de fiscalização
Um representante comercial, de 36 anos, foi detido pela Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), na quinta-feira (25), por corrupção ativa, na BR 232, em São Caetano, no Agreste de Pernambuco. A Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) do homem e o Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento de Veículo (CRLV) estavam vencidos.
Durante uma fiscalização no quilômetro 145 da rodovia, policiais abordaram um carro ocupado apenas pelo motorista, que se recusou a entregar a habilitação e o documento do veículo. Ele apresentou apenas uma carteira funcional do Conselho Regional de Representantes de Pernambuco.
Os policiais realizaram uma consulta e constataram que o licenciamento do veículo estava atrasado desde 2014 e a CNH estava vencida desde 25 de janeiro do ano passado. Além disso, o motorista se recusou a realizar o teste do bafômetro.
Ao ser informado que o veículo seria recolhido, o homem ofereceu aos policiais R$300,00 para tentar ser liberado da fiscalização. A equipe deu voz de prisão ao motorista e o conduziu à delegacia de Polícia Federal de Caruaru.
O crime de corrupção ativa está descrito no artigo 333 do Código Penal, com pena prevista de 02 a 12 anos de reclusão, e multa.
