Presidente da Petrobras recebe o prefeito Anderson Ferreira para tratar da conclusão da Refinaria Abreu e Lima
O presidente da Petrobras, Joaquim Silva e Luna, pernambucano de Barreiros, recebeu, nessa segunda-feira (10), o prefeito do Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Anderson Ferreira, na sede da empresa, no Rio de Janeiro. O encontro teve como tema a conclusão da Refinaria Abreu e Lima (RNEST) prevista no Plano Estratégico 2022-2026 da Petrobras. A participação de Anderson nesse debate se dá porque Jaboatão faz parte do território estratégico de Suape e é por onde circula grande parte da produção da refinaria com destino a outras regiões.
Segundo Anderson Ferreira, “o objetivo da visita foi colocar o município à disposição da Petrobras para ajudar na fase de desenvolvimento do projeto, através da capacitação prévia da mão de obra e das empresas fornecedoras de produtos e prestadores de serviços locais para a fase de execução das obras”.
Joaquim Silva e Luna detalhou um pouco o projeto para a conclusão de obras da RNEST. “O projeto do segundo trem da Refinaria Abreu e Lima, conforme previsto no Plano Estratégico de 2022-2026, ainda precisa passar por instâncias internas de aprovação conforme previsto pela governança da companhia, assim como terá ainda o alinhamento com órgãos externos de controle. O projeto prevê que após a conclusão das obras, a capacidade de processamento da refinaria possa ser ampliada de 115 mil para 260 mil barris de petróleo por dia em 2027”, explicou o presidente da Petrobras.
