Prefeitura reajusta piso de agentes de saúde e endemia do Cabo e paga benefício a aposentados. Uma injeção de R$ 500 mil na economia local
O piso salarial dos agentes comunitários de saúde (ACS) e endemias (ACE) do Cabo de Santo Agostinho será reajustado nesta sexta-feira (28), beneficiando 286 funcionários ativos. Com a atualização, a remuneração inicial dessas categorias passará de R$1.508,00 para R$1.550,00. A medida é retroativa a janeiro deste ano e obedece a Lei 13.708 que regula o exercício profissional dos agentes.
A prefeitura também anunciou pagamento de licença-prêmio a servidores aposentados do município que têm direito ao benefício. Com o pagamento previsto para a primeira semana de junho, não haverá mais débitos referentes aos anos 2018, 2019 e 2020, zerando a fila de espera. Os valores somam cerca de R$ 500 mil, recursos que vão beneficiar a economia local nesse período junino.
O anúncio foi feito pelo prefeito do município Keko do Armazém, nesta quinta-feira (27), em reunião com o Sindicato dos ACS e ACE Cabo, no Centro Administrativo Municipal (CAM 1). “Esses profissionais têm um papel muito importante no acolhimento, criação de vínculos e acessos das pessoas à Atenção Básica. Isso motiva os trabalhadores para enfrentar os problemas de saúde da população, além de movimentar a economia local”, disse o gestor.
