Prefeitura do Jaboatão usa WhatsApp para facilitar acesso a serviços públicos
A Prefeitura do Jaboatão dos Guararapes disponibiliza, a partir desta segunda-feira (23), atendimento automatizado pelo WhatsApp do Conecta Jaboatão, no número (81) 99106-3730, para facilitar o acesso aos serviços ofertados pelo município. A ferramenta não é apenas para busca de informações, mas também para atender às demandas da população. Entre os serviços disponíveis, estão: SUS, INSS, Bolsa Família, Ouvidoria, Agência do Trabalhador, Secretaria da Fazenda, Procon, CRAS, iluminação pública, serviços públicos e licenciamentos. Além do Conecta Jaboatão, a prefeitura colocará à disposição o site jaboataoemacao.jaboatao.pe.
O objetivo da Prefeitura do Jaboatão é evitar que as pessoas saiam de casa e que não haja disseminação do coronavírus. Através de decretos, o prefeito Anderson Ferreira determinou a suspensão do atendimento presencial nos órgãos públicos. Agora, com o Conecta Jaboatão, o cidadão pode enviar mensagens diretamente aos setores de cada área para fazer comunicados, tirar dúvidas e receber informações. Assim que as mensagens forem recebidas, as providências necessárias serão tomadas.
“Estamos fazendo de tudo para continuar prestando serviços à população, sem que as pessoas precisem se dirigir aos órgãos da prefeitura. Hoje em dia, se usa mais o celular que o computador, por isso agilizamos a implantação de acessos rápidos aos nossos serviços. Não sabemos a dimensão e o tempo que continuaremos nesta lamentável situação provocada pelo coronavírus, mas estamos implementando diversas ações para amenizar os transtornos”, disse o prefeito Anderson Ferreira.
