Prefeitura do Jaboatão leva estruturas itinerantes de sanitização para áreas movimentadas do município
Para ajudar na contenção do novo coronavírus, a Prefeitura do Jaboatão dos Guararapes instalou, nesta quinta-feira (1º), pias itinerantes de higienização na Praça Edson Regueira, no bairro de Jaboatão Centro. As estruturas sanitizantes possuem água embutida, além de dispenser de sabonete líquido e papel toalha. Cada equipamento também possui instruções sobre a forma correta de lavar as mãos, seguindo as orientações da Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS). Durante a manhã, equipes da prefeitura também realizaram a entrega de mais de 2 mil máscaras para a população. A ideia é que a ação aconteça todos os dias e em diferentes pontos da cidade. Apesar da situação de estabilidade de casos da Covid-19 no município, o trabalho de prevenção continua sendo realizado com regularidade.
Para o motorista Hugo Freitas, a ação é importante para conscientizar, proteger e lembrar a população que a pandemia ainda não acabou. “Olhe, muita gente ainda anda sem máscara. Eu, que sou taxista, sempre trago mais de uma para dar a alguém que não esteja usando. É ótimo que a prefeitura invista em medidas como essa, até porque tem muita gente que passa o dia na rua e acaba não higienizando as mãos da forma correta. Agora, não tem mais desculpa, é só parar, lavar, se proteger e ajudar a conter esse vírus”, pontuou.
Leandro Barbosa foi um dos pedestres que confessou que esquece frequentemente de lavar as mãos. “Eu sei que não deveria, mas hoje mesmo foi um dia que eu esqueci completamente até de colocar a máscara, mas ainda bem que peguei com o pessoal da prefeitura. Normalmente, eu resolvo muita coisa por aqui. Agora, tô indo pra Agência do Trabalhador e, de lá, vou resolver outras coisas, aí já posso parar e higienizar as mãos novamente”, completou Leandro.
