Prefeitura do Jaboatão anuncia reajuste salarial para professores
O prefeito do Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Anderson Ferreira, anunciou, nesta terça-feira (18), reajuste de 4,17% no piso salarial nacional do magistério para todos os professores da rede municipal de ensino. A pauta, aprovada pela categoria em assembleia realizada na última quinta-feira (13), contempla servidores da ativa e aposentados. Atualmente, docentes do Jaboatão dos Guararapes recebem vencimento inicial de R$ 2.716,00. Com o reajuste, os servidores passarão a receber R$ 2.830, cerca de 10% acima da média nacional, que é de R$ 2.557,74.
O reajuste será pago da seguinte forma: 1% retroativo ao mês de abril, a ser implantado na folha salarial do próximo mês de julho, e mais 3,17%, a partir de setembro. Além disso, foi garantida conversão em pecúnia do vale-transporte para profissionais lotados em locais de difícil acesso e aplicação do reajuste do salário mínimo aos servidores do Grupo Ocupacional de Apoio Administrativo, retroativo ao último mês de abril.
Durante o processo de negociação, foram realizadas quatro reuniões entre representantes da prefeitura e dos servidores do setor educacional, quando foram apresentadas propostas que atendessem aos pleitos da categoria. “A nossa gestão tem um grande respeito pelos professores, por isso sempre pagamos salários acima do piso nacional da categoria. Isso é possível porque trabalhamos com a máquina enxuta e aplicando recursos municipais de forma equilibrada. Nossos professores realizam um grande trabalho no Jaboatão e estamos investindo na educação para melhorar a qualidade do ensino. Resultado desse esforço conjunto pode ser observado no feito de termos alcançado índice de 5,2 do Ideb, bem acima da meta de 4,1, projetada para o ano de 2021. Além disso, temos o melhor Ideb da Região Metropolitana”, ressaltou o prefeito Anderson Ferreira.
