Prefeito Anderson Ferreira anuncia Refis com descontos de até 90% nos juros e multas
O prefeito do Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Anderson Ferreira, anunciou, nesta terça-feira (27), o Plano Especial de Pagamento de Débitos Tributários (Refis), que entrará em vigor no dia 3 de maio e irá até 30 de setembro. O pacote de medidas oferece descontos de até 90% nos juros e multas para quitação de débitos com IPTU, ISS, TLP e CIM. O Refis também facilita o pagamento do ITBI em até dez parcelas. A meta da gestão municipal é arrecadar cerca de R$ 5 milhões.
O contribuinte, seja pessoa física ou jurídica, que deseja quitar os débitos de IPTU, CIM e TLP vencidos até o dia 31 de dezembro de 2020, pode acessar o Portal do Contribuinte no site jaboatao.pe.gov.br. Se pagar à vista, o desconto é de 90% nos juros e multas. Caso opte por dividir de duas a 30 parcelas, o abatimento é de 60%. Se for de 31 a 60 parcelas, o desconto é de 30%. Já o Refis para o ISS beneficia quem tem débitos até o dia 31 de março de 2021, tendo os mesmos descontos. No caso do ITBI, o pagamento pode ser feito em dez vezes, sem abatimentos.
“Sabemos que tanto os moradores quanto os empreendedores desejam estar quites com o município e necessitam de incentivos para isso. Além desse Refis, já anunciamos a prorrogação do IPTU, TLP, de abril, e da segunda parcela do CIM, que está beneficiando 30 mil empreendedores. Também isentamos 44 mil jaboatonenses de baixa renda de pagar a Contribuição de Iluminação Pública, nos meses de maio e junho. São ações necessárias para enfrentar esse momento de dificuldade causada pela Covid-19 e amenizar a situação da população”, disse o prefeito Anderson Ferreira.
