“POLÍCIA FEDERAL REALIZA SÉTIMA APREENSÃO DE DROGAS NO AEROPORTO INTERNACIONAL DOS GUARARAPES E PRENDE UMA SUSPEITA POR TRÁFICO DE DROGAS.”
A Polícia Federal em Pernambuco, prendeu em flagrante, no dia 17/07/2020, por volta das 12h, no Aeroporto Internacional dos Guararapes/Gilberto Freyre, uma suspeita de 22 anos, solteira, natural Nova Veneza/SC e residente em Criciúma/SC–(não possui antecedentes criminais).
A prisão aconteceu durante fiscalização de rotina destinada a reprimir o tráfico internacional e doméstico de entorpecentes bem como outros tipos de ilicitudes de competência federal no Aeroporto Internacional dos Guararapes – Gilberto Freyre. Os Policiais Federais, separaram algumas bagagens de passageiros para que fossem submetidas ao aparelho de raios x quando perceberam dentro de duas malas de um voo procedente do Aeroporto de Campinas/SP com destino final para João Pessoa/PB, a existência de dois grandes tabletes de substância orgânica encobertos com diversos tipos de roupas. Ao ser identificada a passageira e proprietária da bagagem, ela demonstrava bastante nervosismo, inquietação e impaciência, sendo separada para uma entrevista prévia.
Os federais começaram a lhe questionar sobre o que havia no interior da mala, tendo ela respondido com bastante insegurança aos questionamentos e entrando em contradição. A ação foi concluída quando os federais ao abrir a mala em sua presença encontraram 02 (dois) grandes pacotes contendo em seu interior maconha, embalados em fita adesiva, que totalizou um peso bruto de aproximadamente 30Kg (trinta) quilos. Além da droga também foram apreendidos, passagem aérea, tickets de bagagens e um aparelho celular.
Terminado os trabalhos investigativos e tendo sido a droga encontrada, a suspeita recebeu voz de prisão em flagrante foi informada dos seus direitos e garantias constitucionais e em seguida foi conduzida para a Superintendência da Polícia Federal no Cais do Apolo, onde acabou sendo autuada pela prática do crime contido no artigo 33 c/c 40, V da Lei nº 11.343/2006 (tráfico interestadual de entorpecentes) e caso sejam condenada poderá pegar penas que variam de 5 a 15 anos de reclusão. Após a autuação, a presa foi encaminhada para realizar exame de corpo de delito no IML-Instituto de Medicina Legal e em seguida foi conduzida para a Colônia Penal do Bom Pastor em virtude de ter sido confirmada a sua prisão preventiva, onde ficará à disposição da Justiça Estadual/PE.
Em seu interrogatório a suspeita disse que sua companheira recebeu uma proposta de um desconhecido (não sabe dar detalhes) para fazer o transporte da droga de Santa Catarina/SC até João Pessoa/PB com o objetivo de receber a importância de R$ 1.500 (mil e quinhentos) reais. Porém, como ela possuía dois filhos menores, resolveu se oferecer para ir em seu lugar. Por fim disse que é a primeira vez que faz transporte de material entorpecente e que quando chegasse em João Pessoa/PB seria contactada via telefone celular para receber as instruções de como seria entregue a droga.
ESTATÍSTICA DE APREENSÕES NO AEROPORTO DOS GUARARAPES: Essa é a sétima apreensão de drogas feita pela Polícia Federal, no Aeroporto dos Guararapes. Até agora 8 pessoas foram presas sendo 6 mulheres e 2 homens e aprendidos 27Kg de cocaína e 51kg de maconha. No ano passado 10 pessoas foram presas no Aeroporto dos Guararapes – sendo 3 homens e 7 mulheres e apreendidos 60,2Kg de cocaína e 30Kg de skunk.
