“POLÍCIA FEDERAL DÁ DETALHES E INVESTIGA O ATO DE VANDALISMO OCORRIDO DENTRO DA AGÊNCIA DO INSS DA ENCRUZILHADA
A Polícia Federal em Pernambuco tendo em vista a investida de vândalos e bandidos que destruíram grande parte do interior das instalações da agência do INSS na madrugada de quinta-feira (03/09/2020) que fica situada na Avenida Norte Miguel Arraes de Alencar, 2008 – Encruzilhada/PE, INFORMA O SEGUINTE: ainda não se sabe ao certo quanto tempo durou a investida desde a chegada dos suspeitos até a consumação da depredação e dos atos de vandalismo dentro do interior da agência. E segundo informações colhidas no local através de testemunhas ouvidas pela polícia federal, a ação contou com a participação direta de pelo menos 04 (quatro) bandidos (ainda sem identificação) que ao que tudo indica chegaram a pé.
Na ação os bandidos promoveram a destruição de alguns móveis, portas, vidros e o roubo de fios de cobre. Após a investida os suspeitos saíram da agência, e depois fugiram tomando destino ignorado. A Polícia Militar foi acionada e se dirigiu para o local após receber denúncias do vandalismo, fez algumas incursões com vistas a capturar os suspeitos, porém, não logrou êxito em suas prisões. Ainda não se sabe quem foram os autores que promoveram tamanha destruição e vandalismo e a possível motivação, mas não se descarta a possibilidade de ser pessoas que fazem uso de entorpecentes e que circulam por aquela área para usar o local como ponto de usos de drogas e até mesmo beneficiários que indignados com o fechamento da agência desde 2018 (devido a sucessivos roubos de fios de cobre e de equipamentos da rede de ar-condicionado) sem receber atendimento naquele local, resolveram promover a destruição das instalações.
Ao tomar conhecimento dos fatos a Polícia Federal deslocou uma equipe para o local, no intuito de realizar as primeiras investigações e perícias, testemunhas foram ouvidas a fim de que possam subsidiar as investigações que estão em andamento e inquérito policial será instaurado. As investigações vão prosseguir, no sentido de identificar, localizar e prender todos os criminosos e vândalos que depredaram e destruiriam a agência do INSS da Encruzilhada/PE. Qualquer informação que possa levar a captura e identificação de todos os bandidos pode ser feita através do disk-denúncia pelo número 3421-9595 que terá sua identificação, sigilo e anonimato preservados.
Apesar da agência se encontrar fechada para reformas, não existia a presença de vigilantes no local para promover a segurança física do prédio, principalmente no período noturno e de madrugada, horário em que frequentemente vinha acontecendo roubos e arrombamentos. Responsáveis pelo INSS informaram aos policiais que já estão providenciando um aditivo no contrato para obtenção de vigilantes, através de uma empresa de segurança privada a fim de que possam resguardar as dependências físicas da agência, enquanto ela estiver passando por reformas.
