“POLÍCIA FEDERAL ALERTA PARA O RECEBIMENTO DE NOTAS FALSAS NO COMÉRCIO NAS COMPRAS DOS DIAS DOS PAIS” AS NOVAS NOTAS DE R$ 200 REAIS JÁ SÃO FALSIFICADAS PELOS CRIMINOSOS
APLICATIVO DO BANCO CENTRAL DINHEIRO BRASILEIRO AJUDA NO RECONHECIMENTO DE UMA NOTA FALSA
Tendo em vista a aproximação da comemoração dos dias dos pais, onde várias pessoas se dirigem ao comércio e em feiras do interior do estado para realizar compras e presentes. A Polícia Federal alerta para o perigo de recebimento de notas falsas. Com falsificações grosseiras ou mais precisas, é necessário ter sempre atenção e analisar as notas detalhadamente para evitar ser vítima dessa fraude. Os consumidores e lojistas devem ficar atentos. Uma das táticas mais utilizadas é utilizar notas falsas de valores altos para comprar itens baratos, em busca de um troco de valor elevado. Uma outra estratégia dos falsários é se aproveitar de que o comércio está voltando a sua normalidade com lojas oferecendo ofertas para repassar as notas falsas. E nessa situação para não perder de atender um maior número de clientes, é muito comum que o vendedor ou lojista não preste atenção verificando se a cédula é verdadeira ou falsa. Notas com valores que não existem também podem ser utilizadas para enganar as pessoas. Recentemente (27/07/2021) um idoso de 75 anos residente em Unaí-MG recebeu uma nota de R$ 420 que havia sido distribuída como brinde por uma loja de roupas. A vítima recebeu a cédula falsa como pagamento de um empréstimo de R$ 100 e devolveu um troco de R$ 320.
CRIME
A falsificação é crime previsto pelo artigo 289 do Código Penal, com pena prevista de 3 a 12 anos de prisão. Quem tentar colocar uma cédula falsa em circulação depois de tomar conhecimento de sua falsidade, mesmo que a tenha recebido de boa-fé, pode ser condenado a uma pena de 6 meses a 2 anos de detenção.
DICAS DE SEGURANÇA PARA EVITAR O RECEBIMENTO DE NOTAS FALSAS:
1. CONHEÇA BEM A NOTA VERDADEIRA: Geralmente pessoas que lidam diariamente com dinheiro, como os caixas de banco e comerciantes, sabem facilmente identificar uma nota falsa – essa experiência em manusear diariamente o dinheiro verdadeiro faz com que eles se tornem especialistas em identificar notas falsas.
2.COMERCIANTE: NÃO TENHA PRESSA NO ATENDIMENTO: Geralmente essas notas são passadas em locais de grande concentração de pessoas, feiras, lojas, supermercados, comércio ambulante, e muitas vezes a pressa do comerciante para atender um maior número de clientes faz com que ele não tome o devido cuidado em verificar a nota que está recebendo.
3-VERIFIQUE SE AS NUMERAÇÕES DAS NOTAS NÃO SÃO IGUAIS: Ao receber duas notas de igual valor verifique se as numerações não são iguais, os falsários não costumam fazer notas falsas com numeração diferente porque isso acarreta em custos com impressão por ter que mudar a matriz da impressão.
4. OBSERVE A TEXTURA DA NOTA: Outra cautela que pode ser tomada é reparar na textura do papel das notas que estão sendo recebidas, as notas falsas tendem a ser lisas, enquanto as notas verdadeiras são ásperas e possuem um alto relevo e saliência nos itens de segurança que pode ser percebido pelo tato. Sinta com os dedos o papel e a impressão.
5. OBSERVE A IMPRESSÃO DA NOTA: Nas cédulas legítimas, as tonalidades de cores são firmes – as notas falsas têm cores com pouca nitidez e costuma haver borramento das cores.
6. VERIFIQUE A MARCA DÁGUA COLOCANDO A NOTA CONTRA A LUZ:
7.TENHA CONHECIMENTO DOS VALORES DAS NOTAS QUE ESTÃO EM CIRCULAÇÃO NO PAIS:
Recentemente (27/07/2021) um idoso de 75 anos residente em Unaí-MG recebeu uma nota de R$ 420 que havia sido distribuída como brinde por uma loja de roupas. A vítima recebeu a cédula falsa como pagamento de um empréstimo de R$ 100 e devolveu um troco de R$ 320.
