*PF PRENDE PORTUGUÊS DENUNCIADO PELO MINISTÉRIO PÚBLICO DE PERNAMBUCO POR ATOS LIBIDINOSOS CONTRA MENOR DE IDADE!*
Recife/PE – A Polícia Federal prendeu, na manhã do dia (02/07), na praia de Gaibu-Cabo de Santo Agostinho, um cidadão português, natural de Lisboa-Portugal, de 55 anos, que foi denunciado pelo Ministério Público de Pernambuco por ter cometido atos libidinosos contra uma menor de idade.
O Mandado de Prisão foi expedido pela 2ª Vara Criminal da Comarca do Cabo de Santo Agostinho no dia 07/05/2021. A localização e prisão do estrangeiro foi realizada pelos policiais federais lotados no Núcleo de Cooperação Policial Internacional (Interpol/PE) com vistas a proceder a inclusão do seu nome na difusão vermelha, em virtude dele encontrar-se foragido por vários meses e havendo a possibilidade de ainda encontrar-se residindo no Brasil.
Diligencias foram feitas e o suspeito foi encontrado e preso em sua residência em Gaibu onde tinha um relacionamento amoroso com uma mulher brasileira, a qual teve sua filha abusada pelo estrangeiro.
Os abusos aconteceram no durante o mês de janeiro de 2020, quando a genitora da criança necessitou ficar 11 dias internada no hospital após o nascimento do seu filho mais novo. A criança relatou por diversas vezes a sua genitora que vinha sendo abusada, porém ela nunca lhe dava crédito. Até que a menor contou o caso para a vizinha que ameaçou denunciar para polícia. A criança foi levada para o conselho tutelar e para o hospital onde os abusos foram confirmados devido ao laudo sexológico, transtornos psicólogos e episódio de automutilação por conta da violência sexual que vinha sofrendo.
Após ter sido preso, o estrangeiro foi levado para a sede da Polícia Federal onde passou por audiência de custódia, sendo confirmada sua prisão preventiva e após exame de corpo de delito foi encaminhado para o COTEL-Centro de Observação e Triagem e Professor Everardo Luna onde ficará à disposição da Justiça Estadual.
O crime o qual lhe está sendo imputado consta no Código Penal Brasileiro (estupro de vulnerável com agravante de ter sido praticado pelo seu padrasto – cujas penas vaiam de 5 a 20 anos de reclusão)
