O Fogo na Pele do Cascabulho
O novo álbum da banda Cascabulho será lançado na quinta-feira (24) em todas as plataformas digitais e traz 10 faixas dedicadas aos povos indígenas e quilombolas
O manguebeat ainda fervilhava quando, em 1997, surgiu a banda Cascabulho, com uma proposta de forró. Passaram-se 24 anos e o grupo lança seu quinto disco, “Fogo na Pele”, na quinta-feira (24) em todas as plataformas digitais. O álbum com 10 faixas é dedicado aos povos indígenas e quilombolas do Brasil e revisita os sons que deram origem ao grupo e toda a sua trajetória. “Trouxemos um leque de canções, onde estão explícitas várias referências da música nordestina. Do coco ao xote, do forró ao galope e passando pela riqueza da música instrumental brasileira” explica o vocalista Magrão.
Neste novo álbum, todas as músicas são autorais e balançadas mais que suficientes para animar qualquer festa junina. O disco conta com as participações ilustres de Josildo Sá (em Noite de Forrobodó), que abre o disco, Mestre Galo Preto (Em Tempo de Coco) e Cláudio Rabeca (em Pela Trilha Sagrada). “A nossa ideia foi unir três gerações musicais distintas para reverenciar a nossa cultura através dos sons originais que formaram o Cascabulho. Unimos a textura do acordeon, aos elementos afro-brasileiros, coco e samba para dar a nossa cara ao álbum” diz o vocalista.
Com uma produção simples e elegante de Breno César Cunha, um raro exemplo de forró vintage, o disco foi mixado e editado no Estúdio Muzak e masterizado no Fábrica Estúdios. Contou com a direção artística e arranjos da própria banda, arte de Fernando Duarte, projeto gráfico de Keops Ferraz e produção executiva da 7 Claves Produções. O Cascabulho é formado por: Magrão nos vocais, Léo Oroska e Jorge Martins na percussão e vocais, Rapha Groove no baixo e Breno Cunha no acordeon. Fogo na Pele também contou com a participação luxuosa de Renan Santos no cavaquinho, Deco no Trombone, Diego Drão no teclado, Matheus Pereira na flauta transversal e Júlia Andrade nos vocais.
A banda também aproveita a ocasião para apresentar o videoclipe da música “Noite de Forrobodó” com participação de Josildo Sá. A música narra uma autêntica noite de forró do interior pernambucano. O clipe traz imagens do making-off da gravação da canção e apresenta toda a descontração e ritmo do Cascabulho e de Josildo. Unindo o forró ao samba de latada, Noite de Forrobodó revisita o que há de mais íntimo nas relações interpessoais do cotidiano a partir das perspectivas dos integrantes da banda. As imagens foram captadas por Pedro Liberal e a edição de vídeo e fotografia é de Afonso Santti e Deborah Albuquerque da Aurora Artística.
Cascabulho- O grupo surgiu em 1995, em plena afirmação da cena musical pernambucana. Espelhando seu trabalho a partir da obra de Jackson do Pandeiro, criaram sua identidade baseada na fusão de elementos rurais, trazidos de seus descendentes, às características intrínsecas adquiridas na vida urbana. Em 1997 foi a revelação do Abril Pro Rock, participou do Free Jazz Festival e viajou para a Europa e Canadá. Em 1998 lançaram o CD Fome Dá Dor de Cabeça e ganharam o Prêmio Sharp de Melhor Álbum Regional e Melhor Canção Regional, com a música Quando Sonhei que era Santo.
O segundo disco, É Caco de Vidro Puro foi lançado em 2002 e mantém a fusão de ritmos tradicionais e elementos pop. O álbum conta as participações de Tom Zé, Fred 04, Marcos Suzano e Nana Vasconcelos. Em 2008, o grupo lança Brincando de Coisa Séria, com as participações especiais: Zeca Baleiro, Júnior Tostoi e Carlos Malta. Em 2015, o grupo lançou seu quarto disco. Intitulado O Dia em que o Samba Perdeu para a Feijoada, o álbum conta com novos elementos à mistura de ritmos e referências musicais que formou a Cascabulho.
