A Natura agora tem com uma loja própria no Recife. A inauguração aconteceu neste sábado (29), no Shopping Recife, e contou com as presenças do gerente de varejo, Herlan Paiva, consultoras, imprensa, influenciadoras digitais e clientes, além do maquiador Diógenes Coelho. Essa é a primeira loja em Pernambuco e reforça a estratégia multicanal da Natura, que busca atender todos os perfis de clientes em diferentes ocasiões de compra.
A loja está segmentada em três ilhas principais, que permitem maior experimentação de produtos icônicos da Natura e conhecimento dos ingredientes da biodiversidade. A primeira ilha, com produtos de cuidados pessoais, traz a linha Ekos, que é 100% vegana e conta com mais de 90% de ingredientes naturais da biodiversidade brasileira. A Casa de Perfumaria do Brasil, que traz as fragrâncias exclusivas da Natura, com ingredientes da biodiversidade brasileira, álcool orgânico e vidro reciclado, ocupa a ilha central, e, para finalizar, a loja dispõe de uma estação de serviços de cuidados com o rosto e maquiagem, com todo o portfólio de Chronos disponível, além dos produtos de maquiagem que realçam a identidade e a beleza de cada um.
Outra novidade é o ponto para logística reversa. Nesse novo modelo de loja, o consumidor poderá retornar a embalagem de qualquer produto cosmético já utilizado, que será transformado em novos frascos de produto reforçando o posicionamento da marca “O Mundo É Mais Bonito Com Você.” Para facilitar a experiência do pagamento, ele também poderá ser feito por sistema mobile, trazendo uma experiência de compra mais dinâmica e fluida.
