Motorista é detido com documento de veículo falsificado em Serra Talhada
O último CRLV do veículo havia sido emitido em 2013
Um homem foi detido por uso de documento falso nesta quinta-feira (27), na BR 232, em Serra Talhada, no Sertão de Pernambuco. O Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento de Veículo (CRLV) apresentado pelo motorista, chamou a atenção dos policiais rodoviários federais pois apresentava indícios de falsificação.
Durante a abordagem a um carro, o motorista entregou um CRLV do ano de 2017, mas os policias constataram que o documento possuía caracteres em desacordo com a legislação. Após consulta, foi descoberto que o último documento do veículo havia sido emitido no ano de 2013.
O motorista foi conduzido à delegacia da Polícia Civil de Serra Talhada, devendo responder pelo crime previsto no artigo 304 do Código Penal, com pena prevista de dois a seis anos de reclusão, e multa, além da adoção das medidas legais cabíveis.
