Moradores de Prédio Caixão reconstruído sofrem dificuldades
Ainda não é possível fazer os contratos de ligação da Celpe e Compesa porque faltam documentos fornecidos pela Caixa
Além das dificuldades enfrentadas por conta da pandemia do novo coronavírus, moradores de um prédio tipo caixão, que foi demolido e reconstruído, no Conjunto Habitacional Marcos Freire, em Jaboatão dos Guararapes, estão vivendo um grande drama. A maioria deles pertence ao grupo de maior risco da pandemia por terem mais de 60 anos. Os moradores passaram quase duas décadas longe do empreendimento, que foi reconstruído por força de uma sentença judicial, e mesmo sendo entregue no dia 20 de março, enfrentam dificuldades para que a luz e água sejam ligadas corretamente.
De acordo com repositora de açougue, Lindione Bezerra, de 55 anos, moradora do apartamento 407, o empreendimento foi entregue sem luz e água. Como o valor do auxílio moradia foi suspenso pela justiça, alguns proprietários passaram a ocupar as unidades assim mesmo, vivendo à base de candeeiro. Após determinação judicial, a Celpe e a Compesa ligaram os serviços no final de maio.
Em seguida, veio outra dificuldade: para que tudo esteja funcionando legalmente, os moradores precisam fazer uma solicitação de registro para a Celpe e Compesa. “No entanto, eles exigem a documentação que comprova que somos os proprietários dos imóveis e a Caixa não nos forneceu. Recebemos da Caixa apenas as chaves dos apartamentos”, afirma Lindione.
Em Pernambuco, há uma média de 5 mil processos em tramitação na justiça referente a prédios residenciais interditados por problemas na construção. Na grande maioria dos casos, os moradores chegam a esperar de 15 a 20 anos para receber a indenização. Nos últimos 15, 12 prédios desabaram total ou parcialmente, matando 12 pessoas, no Estado. Atualmente, são 160 edifícios interditados na Região Metropolitana do Recife.
Um exemplo de quem está nesta situação é a servidora pública do Estado de Alagoas, Irene Franco, de 63 anos. Em 2001, Irene morava no bloco 5 do Condomínio Residencial Vivenda do Rio Doce, em Olinda, quando ela e os demais moradores foram obrigados a desocupar os apartamentos. Todos os blocos apresentaram problemas de rachadura. De acordo com Irene, dos 12 blocos do residencial, 11 foram contemplados com a indenização, exceto o dela.
“Quase 20 anos depois, ainda tenho a esperança de receber a indenização, se 11 blocos já receberam por que logo o meu não receberá? Nada mais do que justo, pois nós temos esse direito’’, fala a servidora pública. Até hoje Irene e os demais moradores do bloco recebem um auxílio moradia no valor de R$ 444,00, que não foi reajustado. “Na época o valor estava ótimo, era condizente para um aluguel, já hoje não”, afirma. Atualmente Irene mora em Maceió por ter sido aprovada num concurso público e reside em outro apartamento financiado.
