Mãe de Gil do BBB ensina receita favorita do filho

Na casa do economista, em Olinda, Dona Jacira mostra como fazer baião de dois

Jacira Santana, mãe do participante Gil do Vigor, do “BBB 21”, foi convidada pela marca pernambucana Minhoto para revelar os segredos do prato preferido do filho. Ela, que é estudante de gastronomia, compartilhou nessa quarta-feira (21) a receita e o modo de preparo do baião de dois no Instagram (veja aqui).

Dona Jacira, como é mais conhecida, revelou que a preferência do Gil é a comida nordestina e elegeu as receitas de baião de dois e galinha cabidela como as favoritas. Por meio de enquete, os internautas escolheram qual das duas ela gravaria um vídeo. A vencedora foi o baião de dois, prato que combina ingredientes como feijão, arroz, charque e queijo coalho.

Esse também foi um dos pedidos do Gil durante o programa, na festa em que foi líder. Na edição, o economista pernambucano sempre faz questão de exaltar os dotes de culinária da “mainha”. Sobre o motivo de tantos elogios, Dona Jacira diz que não há mistério. “É tudo feito com muito carinho”, explica.

Mãe coruja, ela não esconde a empolgação quando fala do filho e não vê a hora de reencontrar com ele para fazer os pratos. Enquanto aguarda, para matar um pouco dessa saudade, aproveita para ensinar a receita do baião para os fãs do filho famoso testarem em casa.

BAIÃO DE DOIS

Receita Especial de Dona Jacira, mãe de Gil do Vigor

 

INGREDIENTES

200g de feijão macassar ou verde

200g de arroz branco 

500g de charque desfiada 

50g de pimentão amarelo

50g de pimentão vermelho

50g de cebola 

50g de tomate 

2 dentes de alho amassado

Coentro e alho-poró a gosto 

10ml de azeite

300g de paio picado

200g de queijo coalho ralado

1 colher de chá de *Vinagre de Alho Minhoto*

1 colher de chá de *Molho Shoyu Minhoto*

 

MODO DE PREPARO

1- Cozinhe o feijão, a charque e o arroz separadamente.

2- Desfie a charque.

3- Refogue o arroz cozido com azeite e alho.

4- Misture com o feijão a charque desfiada, os pimentões, a cebola e o tomate.

5- Junte o paio picado à mistura.

6- Acrescente o *Vinagre de Alho Minhoto* e o *Molho Shoyu Minhoto* (ele dará o sabor do sal).

7- Acrescente o coentro e o alho-poró o quanto desejar.

8- Coloque o arroz refogado e misture bem.

9- Por fim, acrescente o queijo coalho e tampe a panela para deixá-lo derreter um pouco.
