Jaboatão fortalece igualdade e abre 25 vagas para curso de Assistente Administrativo voltadas à comunidade negra LGBT
A fim de fortalecer a igualdade social e promover capacitação profissional para todos os seguimentos, a Prefeitura do Jaboatão dos Guararapes divulgou, nesta terça-feira (19), a abertura de 25 vagas para curso de Assistente Administrativo voltado à comunidade negra LGBT. A iniciativa visa atender demandas de qualificação do público-alvo e auxiliar no desenvolvimento de agrupamentos sociais historicamente relegados, que, por muitos anos, viveram às margens das políticas públicas. A ação é fruto de uma parceria entre o município e os governos estadual e federal, por meio da Secretaria do Trabalho, Emprego e Qualificação e o Ministério da Mulher, Família e Direitos Humanos, respectivamente.
A capacitação será disponibilizada a maiores de 18 anos, com ensino fundamental incompleto, sendo necessário apresentar RG, CPF e comprovante de residência. As inscrições poderão ser feitas entre os dias 20 e 27 de março, na Agência do Trabalhador de Jaboatão Centro, localizada na Avenida Barão de Lucena, S/N.
O curso possui carga de 76 horas. As aulas terão início no próximo dia 8 de abril e todos os alunos receberão material didático. Entre as atividades previstas no conteúdo programático estão: organizar e executar ações de apoio aos processos da empresa; elaborar, organizar e controlar documentações; noções básicas de finanças, planejamento estratégico e análise do negócio; orientações sobre obrigações trabalhistas, entre outras.
