IRMÃO DO PREFEITO YVES RIBEIRO JÁ GANHOU QUASE 50 MIL DA CÂMARA DE VEREADORES
Do Blog Ricardo Antunes: A Câmara Municipal de Paulista criou um cargo especial apenas para abrigar o advogado Ydigoras Ribeiro com o salário de R$ 12 mil reais.
Até aí, não seria nada demais, se o advogado não fosse o irmão do próprio prefeito do município, Ives Ribeiro (MDB).
A função de uma Câmara Municipal é fiscalizar o poder público e isso inclui, por óbvio, o prefeito de cada município.
Se o presidente da casa tem parentes nomeados no executivo, mas fontes ouvidas por nossa reportagem garantem que sim.
Se confirmado, isso se configuraria como “nepotismo cruzado”, caso semelhante ao que o blog denunciou com exclusividade entre a prefeita de Camaragibe, Nadegi Queiroz (Republicanos), e a deputada estadual Gleide Ângelo (PSB).
Ydigoras Ribeiro, foi nomeado para o cargo de Procurador Geral Legislativo, na Câmara de Paulista desde janeiro. A nomeação está assinada pelo vereador Edson Araújo Pinto (Edinho), que é o presidente da Câmara e foi feita no dia 05 de janeiro.
O irmão do prefeito já recebeu, inclusive, metade do 13° com 3 meses de nomeado, já que seu aniversário cai em março, e a repartição antecipou parte do benefício.
O cargo de Procurador Geral Legislativo foi criado em janeiro de 2021, é de livre nomeação e exoneração do Presidente da Câmara dos Vereadores, e exige ao ocupante curso superior em direito e o registro na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil.
