INSS vai acabar agendamento online em julho para quem quer pedir benefícios
Os pedidos de benefícios e demais serviços da Previdência só serão realizados a distância até o final de junho, informou na segunda (13) o diretor de atendimento do INSS (Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social), Clóvis de Castro Júnior. A mudança acaba com os agendamentos para o atendimento posterior em uma das agências da Previdência, como ainda ocorre para a maioria das solicitações feitas pelos segurados.
Até o final do semestre, o órgão terá todos os 90 tipos de requerimentos disponíveis exclusivamente pela internet ou por telefone, acabando com os agendamentos. Isso permitirá que o INSS fique dispensado de realizar cerca de 600 mil agendamentos por mês. “Isso representa 40% de todas as interações que o INSS tem que estão ligadas a requerimentos”, afirma Castro Júnior. “É uma economia de recursos sem precedentes”, diz.
Com as alterações no atendimento, há a expectativa de que o INSS consiga liberar mais funcionários para realizar análises e, assim, cumprir o prazo de 45 dias para conclusão dos processos dos segurados, segundo o diretor de atendimento. O tempo médio de resposta aos trabalhadores que pedem aposentadorias ao órgão é de cinco meses atualmente, conforme levantamento realizado pela reportagem com dados fornecidos pelo instituto.
Nesta segunda, o INSS lançou novos serviços que podem ser solicitados sem agendamento: revisões, cópias de processos e recursos, este último dividido em seguro-defeso, benefícios por incapacidade (auxílio-doença e aposentadoria por invalidez) e recursos em geral. Atualmente, o INSS recebe 72 mil pedidos de revisões, recursos ou cópias de processos por mês.
Com esses novos serviços, o INSS chega a 22 tipos de atendimentos que podem ser solicitados pela central telefônica 135, pelo site meu.inss.gov.br ou com o aplicativo Meu INSS para smatphones e tablets. Entre os serviços que já podiam ser solicitados sem ir ao posto estão as aposentadorias por idade e por tempo de contribuição e o salário-maternidade. O fim dos agendamentos para os requerimentos não significa, ao menos por enquanto, que o segurado deixará de ir ao posto nas outras etapas do processo.
É provável que, em até 30% dos casos, o cidadão tenha de comparecer à agência da Previdência para cumprir exigências, como a entrega de documentos. “Nesses caso, por enquanto, a gente vai entrar em contato com o segurado”, explica Castro Júnior. A conclusão do pedido também pode requerer a presença do interessado no posto. É assim que funcionará, por enquanto, a entrega dos processos administrativos solicitados pelos segurados.
A Previdência possui cerca de 1.700 agências em 1.400 municípios, o que torna a expansão do atendimento a distância uma necessidade para além da falta de funcionários do órgão, disse Castro Júnior. “Existem mais de 4.000 municípios onde não há agência.”
