Fundo de Quintal retorna ao Recife para duas apresentações no Manhattan
Todo sambista é um pouco Fundo de Quintal, afinal, são quase 50 anos de sucesso na Música Popular Brasileira. E o grupo retorna ao palco do Manhattan Café Theatro para duas apresentações nos dias 19 e 20 de outubro. A abertura fica por conta da banda Sambstar a partir das 21h.
A vitalidade e a longevidade do Fundo de Quintal não têm segredo e a receita é simples: generosidade musical. Com 33 CDs, 15 discos de ouro, 04 de platina e 5 DVDs, o grupo é o berço de Jorge Aragão, Sombrinha, Almir Guineto, Arlindo Cruz e padrinho das gerações de sambistas que vieram depois. O tempero dessa receita é a assinatura inconfundível do grupo. Na primeira batida do tantan, do repique de mão e do pandeiro, todo mundo já sabe que vai ouvir samba da mais alta qualidade.
No repertório, sucessos como “Lucidez”, “Nosso Grito”, “Frasco Pequeno”,“Fada”, “Chuá Chuá”, “O Show Tem Que Continuar”, “Parabéns Pra Você”, “A Amizade”, “Batucada dos Nossos Tantãs”, “E Eu Não Fui Convidado”, “Boca Sem Dente”, “Ô Irene”, “Do Fundo do Nosso Quintal”, “Só pra Contrariar”, ‘Miudinho, meu bem”, “Falso Herói”. “Vai Lá Vai Lá”, “Parabéns pra Você ”e “Só Felicidade”.
No palco, Bira Presidente – que além de exímio pandeirista – é dono absoluto do samba no pé e junto com Sereno e Ubirany forma o trio pioneiro do Fundo de Quintal. Sereno, além de cantor e compositor, é o inventor do tantan e Ubirany, o criador do repique de mão. E assim como o irmão Bira Presidente, Ubirany não deixa ninguém parado quando risca o chão. Ademir Batera, também conhecido como baterista sorriso e Marcio Alexandre e Junior Itaguaí os dois novos integrantes do Grupo Fundo deQuintal. Este é o Fundo de Quintal. Uma união de sambistas – cada um com personalidade própria e independente no palco- e que juntos formam a principal referência do gênero.
Para abrir o show, o grupo recifense nascido no Alto José do Pinho, comunidade da Zona Norte do Recife, e formado por Joaquim J.J. (voz e surdo), Nilson Sorriso (pandeiro e percussão geral), Xande (voz, violão e Compositor), Mano Black (rebolo, cuíca e efeitos) e Jamelão do Cavaco (voz principal, cavaquinho e Compositor), o Sambstar é um destacado representante do que há de melhor no samba e pagode em Pernambuco. Com um som refinado, muita alegria e descontração essa rapaziada vem conquistando seu espaço no cenário musical, tendo como proposta, o samba de primeira qualidade, e as peculiaridades dos ritmos regionais adicionados a uma pegada que vai do romântico ao partido alto, chegando ao samba enredo.
Ao longo dos seus quase 20 anos de carreira, o grupo gravou seu primeiro CD, “Ninho de amor”, em 2004. Em seguida, a banda foi campeã de um grande concurso de samba e pagode, realizado no Terra Brasil, em São Paulo. Em 2005, lançou o segundo álbum, intitulado ʻAcústico Samba ao vivoʼ, gravado no Brasil e em Portugal e, em seguida, saiu em uma turnê por Portugal e Espanha, voltando ao Recife em 2006.
Os integrantes já foram campeões com sambas enredos nas duas maiores agremiações de samba do Estado: Gigante do Samba e Galeria do Ritmo. No final de setembro, sagrou-se tetracampeões do samba enredo (para os carnavais de 2006, 2014, 2015 e 2016) da Gigante do Samba, maior e mais vitoriosa escola de samba de Pernambuco.
Aconchegante, o Manhattan Café Theatro reúne, em um mesmo ambiente, música de qualidade e boa gastronomia, promovendo encontros familiares e reuniões de amigos nas noites recifenses. A casa fica na Rua Francisco da Cunha, 881, Boa Viagem – Recife/PE. O couvert artístico custa R$ 120.
