Filme francês sobre a Amazônia terá exibição gratuita e debate
As Palavras Encantadas dos Hupd´ah da Amazônia será exibido de 15 a 29 de agosto
O filme “As Palavras Encantadas dos Hupd’äh da Amazônia – Mestres de Saberes” narrado pelo doutor em Etnologia pela Universidade Paris Nanterre (FR), e professor do Master Interuniversitário de Antropologia Iberoamericana da universidade de Salamanca (ES), especialista em Etnologia Indígena, o brasileiro Renato Athias e dirigido pela franco-iraniana Mina Rad, será exibido, de 15 a 29 deste mês, gratuitamente via YouTube da Aliança Francesa Recife, numa parceria com o Consulado da França no Recife, Laboratório de Antropologia da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco e a Aliança Francesa Brasil. O documentário, todo em francês, também será tema de um debate gratuito no dia 24, às 17h, com a participação do professor Renato Athias e da diretora Mina Rad via plataforma Zoom.
O documentário fala da cosmologia do povo Hupd’äh da Amazônia, formado por duzentas e dez etnias indígenas do Brasil. Atualmente, os Hupd’äh são aproximadamente dois mil e vivem no nordeste da Amazônia “Para esse povo não há separação entre as ordens: mineral, vegetal, animal e humana. A música e as palavras têm um poder transformador, muitas vezes incompreensível para nós”, explica o professor Renato Athias. O filme, segundo o professor Renato Athias, oferece ao expectador a possibilidade de repensar a relação dos humanos e não-humanos e com toda a natureza.
A obra foi produzida a partir de arquivos etnográficos, arquivos de imagens, fotografias e músicas, do etnólogo Renato Athias, da década de 1980. “Os documentários realizados a partir desses arquivos procuram trazer memórias e representações ao público em geral, mediadas pela edição e pelas narrativas em primeira pessoa. As histórias vividas e o trabalho de campo saem do seu contexto e são veiculadas pela narrativa de um documentário. O espectador pode ver, sentir e imaginar as experiências de quem produziu o arquivo etnográfico”, explica o professor.
