Apesar da proteção que o seguro pode trazer diante de situações que fogem ao controle, é preciso lembrar que alguns acidentes comuns nesta época podem ser facilmente evitados. “Especificamente neste período, deve-se ter cuidado com as fogueiras. Não é indicado acender fogueiras em locais fechados. Além disso, é importante procurar espaços limpos, afastados de pessoas, fiações e materiais combustíveis para acender as fogueiras”, explica Emerita Lyra.
Já com relação aos fogos de artifício, a diretora executiva orienta que o indicado é adquirir produtos com procedência, seguir as orientações do fabricante presentes na caixa, não lançar os jogos em direção a pessoas, fios e locais inflamáveis e não tentar reutilizar fogos que falharam.
