Em evento no Recife, Rossandro Klinjey pede que pais se ‘desconectem’ para diálogos com filhos
O escritor e psicólogo Rossandro Klinjey palestrou, na noite da última quarta-feira, 24, no Teatro Boa Vista, do Colégio Salesiano Recife. Com o tema “O que é Importante ensinar para garantir o futuro dos nossos filhos?”, ele destacou a importância dos ensinamentos e comunicação para garantir o bem-estar futuro da nova geração. A palestra foi gratuita e recebeu mais de 250 pessoas. O evento contou com abertura de Luiz Carlos Ventura, diretor pedagógico do Salesiano, que destacou as inovações e aporte tecnológico que auxiliam no método de ensino do Colégio. Projetos como educação bilíngue, educação socioemocional e modernização do currículo do ensino médio são exemplos de como a instituição responde aos principais desafios na educação para o século XXI.
Voltada para o estímulo do desenvolvimento emocional nas crianças, com reflexões sobre a educação e futuro, o psicólogo esclareceu a importância da atenção e do cuidado em cada fase. “Precisamos fazer o letramento das emoções, temos que construir um conjunto de competências emocionais. O objetivo de uma família não é garantir que o mar esteja sempre calmo para que o filho navegue no oceano da existência, mas que ele tenha competência para navegar sob qualquer circunstância”, esclareceu Rossandro.
O psicólogo ainda exemplificou sobre a comunicação atual no relacionamento entre pais e filhos: segundo ele, a tecnologia tem ocupado um papel de distanciamento tanto nos adultos como nas crianças e adolescentes, já que todos estão imersos neste universo. O primeiro passo é separar o virtual do real, com atenção cara-a-cara.
“A gente vive hoje uma reclamação de que os filhos estão muito conectados na internet, mas os pais também estão assim. Precisamos nos desconectar para conectarmo-nos uns aos outros. O que os filhos precisam é menos de presente e mais presença. É preciso diálogo e se mostrar disposto”, destacou o escritor.
Rossandro também é consultor do programa Encontro, com Fátima Bernardes, na TV Globo e da Rádio CBN. Ele também é o fundador do Educa 21. O programa – que inclusive é adotado pelo Salesiano – busca estimular nos alunos a capacidade de perceber e gerenciar as emoções, com a aplicação de pensamentos críticos na resolução de desafios, aprimoramento da criatividade e liderança, além do estímulo de empatia e de estabelecimento de relações positivas com o mundo ao redor.
