Deputado Ossesio tem projeto para beneficiar terceira idade e pessoas com deficiência
O Deputado Ossesio Silva (PRB-PE) protocolou o Projeto de Lei 3.607/2019, que acrescenta o artigo 25-A na Lei 9.784/1999, de forma a garantir que, processos da administração federal que envolvam parte com preferência processual prevista em lei tenham cor ou elemento diferenciado, que facilitem a sua identificação.
A parte com preferência processual poderá ser pessoa com 60 anos de idade ou mais, ou ainda pessoa portadora de deficiência física. “A proposta traz importante inovação em uma lei conhecida, que regula o processo administrativo no âmbito da Administração Pública Federal, beneficiando idosos e pessoas com deficiências”, explica Ossesio Silva.
Assim, de acordo com a prioridade, os processos administrativos federais receberão identificação que evidencie o regime de tramitação prioritária.
