Crianças são foco de ações educativas quinta, no Centro de Convenções
Concessionárias Rota dos Coqueiros e Rota do Atlântico querem reduzir acidentes com público infantil e realizam, junto com o Detran, atividades preventivas, durante 18ª Feira de Educação de Trânsito
Esses acidentes envolvem tanto a criança estando dentro do veículo quanto em situações fora, como ao atravessar a rua ou andando de bicicleta, por exemplo. Com foco nesse público, as concessionárias Rota dos Coqueiros e a Rota do Atlântico – que administram o sistema viário do Paiva e de Suape, respectivamente – realizam ações educativas, durante a 18ª Feira de Educação de Trânsito do Detran-PE.
O encontro – que integra o calendário de atividades da Semana Nacional do Trânsito do Detran-PE – acontece quinta-feira, dia 20, das 9h às 18h, no Centro de Convenções de Pernambuco. Este já o quinto ano consecutivo que as concessionárias participam da iniciativa.
No estande, serão oferecidas diversas atividades como oficinas de desenho, rodas de interação lúdica com a temática segurança no trânsito, como se portar no ônibus, uso da cadeirinha, orientação aos pais sobre bebida, direção e uso do celular. Também serão distribuídas cerca de três mil revistinhas infantis com atividades relacionadas ao trânsito, com informações sobre sinalização, equipamento de segurança e faixa de pedestre. A expectativa é que um mil alunos visitem o estande.
“Além de serem os condutores do futuro, as crianças têm um importante papel de multiplicadores de normas e valores em seu ambiente familiar. Através do lúdico, abordamos travessia segura, uso de cinto de segurança e proibições como uso do celular ao volante, por exemplo”, explica o presidente das rotas do Atlântico e dos Coqueiros, Elias Lages.
Programação
A Semana Nacional do Trânsito do Detran-PE segue até o próximo dia 25 com diversas atividades. Entre elas, ações educativas, conscientização às vagas prioritárias, ação na faixa com a turma do fom-fom e blitzes educativas, orientações para pedestres, condutores, transporte de crianças em veículos, uso de equipamentos de proteção individual em bicicletas, ciclomotores e motocicletas. Além da 18ª Feira de Educação de Trânsito, também integra a programação da Semana a Feira de Educação de Trânsito em Igarassu, dia 25.
