Candidato a vereador pelo PTB Vitória, Gold do Pneu levanta a defesa da moradia digna

Um dos fortes nomes da chapa de candidatos a vereador pelo Partido Trabalhista Brasileiro (PTB) em Vitória de Santo Antão, Goldemberg de Oliveira Moura, de 29 anos, conhecido por Gold do Pneu, busca ser eleito para levantar a defesa de moradia digna, as bandeiras da causa animal e assistência às minorias. Ele integra o grupo político do Professor Edmo Neves, presidente municipal do partido, pelo qual é candidato a vice-prefeito ao lado de Paulo Roberto (MDB).
O comerciante e empreendedor Gold do Pneu tem formação em Logística e é um concurseiro nato, aonde busca se especializar em Polícia Científica Penal. Há 11 anos ele atua como Borracheiro no Centro Comercial de Vitória e conta com uma oficina de Pneus que o tornou conhecido nesse setor. Gold veio de uma família humilde e muito religiosa, viu perder seu pai ainda criança. Desde cedo, sua aptidão ao trabalho para ajudar nas despesas de casa e as causas sociais pelas quais acredita construíram sua personalidade. No colégio, participava das atividades do Grêmio na escola pública, iniciando sua atuação política no movimento estudantil secundarista.
“Política é uma arte com construção coletiva. Considero sempre que posições radicais devem ser deixadas de lado, em respeito às diferenças. Acredito no talento humano como elemento indispensável para a contribuição social. Por isso eu entrei na política porque gosto de dar minha contribuição, pois a política serve para tomar conta das pessoas, é de fato a arte de servir as pessoas e aos interesses do coletivo”, sintetizou Gold durante entrevista no Blog vitoriense do Cristiano Pilako.
Sobre seus conceitos políticos, Gold do Pneu disse que preza pelos princípios cristãos e a defesa da família. Define-se politicamente como um cara de centro e aposta na renovação sistemática de pessoas e projetos nos cargos públicos. “Isso já é uma tendência! A partir de 2016 o que vemos é a política tomar uma nova ambientação, onde novas vozes surgiram com a internet e o cidadão tornou-se mais exigente com a coisa pública. Penso que isso vem sendo forte em Vitória quando há um cansaço na forma de se fazer atividade partidária por aqui. Na verdade, o coronelismo em Vitória acontece de fato é nos bastidores das direções partidárias”, analisou. O candidato lembra que serviços de assistência social (sopas, kits de higiene/remédios, etc.) já são oferecidos pelas Igrejas aos mais carentes, reforçando a tarefa de que o Vereador tem que buscar alternativas para que essas pessoas tenham sua merecida dignidade.
Candidato pra valer neste ano pelo PTB-Vitória, Gold do Pneu quer conquistar uma vaga como vereador e manda um recado para os acéticos que acham que lá dentro da Câmara é diferente, onde supostamente os novatos ficam limitados em quebrar os vícios impregnados no Legislativo.
“Há ainda pessoas bem intencionados na Câmara de Vitória, porém alguns parlamentares se perderam na sua responsabilidade em fiscalizar e acabaram aceitando passivamente tudo que chega ao Plenário da Casa. Nosso sentimento é que o nosso mandato atenderá os interesses das causas coletivas, a exemplo das comunidades rurais que sentem falta de um forte representante, bem como os trabalhadores autônomos que movem a nossa economia local. Eu pessoalmente aposto numa ampla renovação na Câmara e lá dentro procurarei fazer a diferença, pois a vontade de mudar isso que temos hoje é imensa para todos”, prometeu.
Gold acredita que as pessoas precisam de uma oportunidade na vida, assim como aconteceu com ele. ”Eu acredito na transformação através da Educação. Eu sou uma prova disso”, sentenciou, completando: “Temos que mudar a história de atraso em Vitória e o tempo é agora com esse borracheiro”, crivou.
Principais propostas de Gold para a defesa do mandato na Câmara de Vereadores da Vitória:
REGULARIZAÇÃO FUNDIÁRIA
A regularização fundiária consiste no conjunto de medidas jurídicas, urbanísticas, ambientais e sociais que visam à regularização de assentamentos irregulares e à titulação de seus ocupantes, conforme Lei Federal específica (REURBA Lei nº 13.465/17). Leva em conta aspectos ambientais e sociais que dizem respeito à população e, portanto, traz inúmeros benefícios aos moradores. Dentre eles a segurança, pois garante ao morador o título de sua propriedade (escritura), além de facilitar o acesso a financiamentos habitacionais para realizar melhorias em sua moradia. Também permite o acesso aos serviços básicos de saneamento, distribuição de água e energia elétrica, permitindo a inclusão dos lotes nos cadastros municipais proporcionando o endereçamento oficial à essas moradias.
CAUSA ANIMAL
“Minha família estar envolvida à causa animal há alguns anos, conheço essa realidade. Muitos não sabem, mas existem abrigos temporários em Vitória e eles estão totalmente esquecidos”, contou Gold do Pneu. O candidato a vereador disse que há necessidade de um Centro de Triagem para que atenda e cuide do animal que for recolhido das ruas antes de levá-lo para um lar temporário. Além disso, é preciso dar condições para que esse trajeto possa dá certo, somado ao Castramóvel que há verba para implantar, bem como defender na cidade a Lei Federal dos Maus-tratos.
ACESSIBILIDADE
Às minorias, sobretudo a assistência aos deficientes físicos, só o Poder Executivo pode fazer, explica Gold. Para o candidato a infraestrutura necessária para as pessoas com deficiência física precisa ser encarada com seriedade e com uma política pública permanente.
EDUCAÇÃO
O candidato a vereador Gold do Pneu pretende implantar, através do Município, um curso preparatório gratuito para vestibulares e concursos públicos voltados aos alunos da rede de ensino estadual e municipal.
