Cabo inicia vacinação contra Covid-19 nos profissionais de saúde da atenção básica
Os profissionais de saúde da atenção básica do Cabo de Santo Agostinho começaram a ser vacinados contra Covid-19 nesta terça-feira (02). A imunização ocorre nos 44 postos do município. Na segunda-feira (1ª), os profissionais da Rede Privada também foram imunizados. De acordo com a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, o plano de imunização, que começou no último dia 19, já vacinou quase 2 mil pessoas.
O Cabo recebeu até o momento 5.652 mil doses do imunizante, enviadas pelo Ministério da Saúde. Dessas 1.420 são da farmacêutica AstraZeneca, destinadas apenas para a primeira dose, e 4.232 mil doses da Coronavac, destinadas para a primeira e segunda dose.
“Os profissionais da atenção básica executam atendimento aos pacientes tanto nas unidades de saúde quanto nas residências. Eles realizam procedimentos como curativos, vacinação, procedimentos odontológicos e entre outros”, ressaltou a secretária de Saúde do Cabo, Ana Maria Albuquerque. Ela ainda lembrou que a atenção primária à saúde é a porta de entrada do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), que é a ordenadora da linha de cuidado do paciente, por isso o grupo vem sendo contemplado neste momento.
