As Temeridades cometidas por Vossas Excelências:
Como cidadão e como operador do Direito fico perplexo em assistir impotente as atitudes “mesquinhas” e “contracensuais” dos Magnânimos Ministros da Suprema Corte Pátria.
Em especial em tempos de recessão econômica e retorno ferrenho da inflação e como também de instabilidade Política e Institucional.
Em um País continental que já ocupara a 08ª economia mundial e que havia ingresso no BRICS, novo Grupo Econômico Internacional Pujante que se apresenta promissor, porém, após a posse e início de um novo Governo eleito democraticamente se descortina uma sucessão de “absurdos” e ações corporativas desvalidas de qualquer senso coletivo e ou republicano como também desrevestido de espírito público, de balizamento a atual conjuntura macroeconômica e ou solidário as aspirações populares.
Neste contexto se deve mencionar duas ações recentes perpetradas pela residência do Egrégio Supremo Tribunal Federal, a primeira a mais recente Licitação para aquisição de gêneros alimentícios dentre eles “lagostas”, “carne de pato”, vinhos envelhecidos cabernet dentre outros… Totalizando um importe de R$ 1.100.000,00 (Um milhão e cem mil reais), a segunda e mais recente outra Licitação esta no importe de R$ 29,5 milhões (Vinte e nove e meio milhões de reais) para reformar o Gabinete da Presidência e aquisição de novos veículos blindados para uso dos Eminentes Ministros.
Faço apenas uma ponderação, será que existe vários brasis dentro do Brasil ou poderíamos supor que Brasília e a Praça dos Três Poderes talvez seja um território internacional incrustado no País?
Independente da melhor teoria a se adotar o que se conclui é que enquanto Nação brasileira não tenhamos a iniciativa e capacidade de nos movermos em movimento de repulsa disciplinar dentro da legalidade e ordem democrática continuaremos a assistir os “Deuses” Servidores Públicos que mesmo pertencendo a uma Classe Exclusiva da Magistratura não tem um fim em si mesmos e sim deveriam priorizar servir ao Direito Constitucional sendo servo da Nação e Guardas da Carta Política de 1988 e não subjulgarem o orçamento público as suas próprias luxúrias e vaidades pessoais indissociadamente de qualquer critério razoável.
