AÇÃO CONJUNTA DA POLÍCIA FEDERAL E CORREIOS COÍBE O TRÁFEGO DE ILÍCITOS NO FLUXO POSTAL
A Polícia Federal em Pernambuco, em parceria com os Correios, apreendeu e interceptou, nos últimos 15 (quinze) dias, encomendas que continham entorpecentes. Na última apreensão, ocorrida na sexta-feira (29), foram encontrados em duas embalagens 25 micro-pontos de LSD, 11 comprimidos de ecstasy, 10 gramas de haxixe e 235 gramas de maconha.
Tais destinatários residentes no Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE e Casa Amarela/PE foram identificados, trazidos para a Superintendência da Polícia Federal e autuados através de um TCO-Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência por infração ao Artigo 28 da lei 11.343/2006 por terem adquirido para consumo pessoal, drogas sem autorização ou em desacordo com determinação legal, cujas penas variam desde prestação de serviços à comunidade e medida de comparecimento à programa ou curso educativo.
As investigações prosseguem no sentido de identificar os possíveis fornecedores do material entorpecente e se no percurso da investigação ficar comprovada que tais usuários detidos pela PF fazem parte de uma rede de fornecedores de entorpecentes, serão indiciados pelo crime de tráfico interestadual de drogas, cujas penas variam entre 5 a 15 anos de reclusão.
A Polícia Federal e a área de segurança dos Correios têm intensificado suas ações na identificação e localização de encomendas suspeitas de estarem transportando materiais ilícitos de outros estados. No contexto da pandemia da COVID-19 e necessidade de isolamento social, a tentativa de envio de entorpecentes via postal e redes sociais tem sido uma das formas encontradas pelos grupos criminosos para manter o mercado ilegal de venda e consumo de drogas.
APREENSÃO TAMBÉM EM VILA VELHA /ES
No dia 26/05 a Polícia Federal da cidade de São Mateus/ES, em parceria com a área de segurança dos Correios, também prendeu um suspeito e apreendeu 51 comprimidos de ecstasy numa encomenda no município de Jaguaré/ES.
REDES SOCIAIS ESTÃO SENDO UTILIZADAS PARA COMERCIALIZAÇÃO DE DROGAS
No dia 27/05 a Operação Delivery da Polícia Federal prendeu dois suspeitos e apreendeu 400 comprimidos de ecstasy em Aracaju, através de um Mandado de Busca e Apreensão expedido pelo Juízo da 2ª Vara Criminal do TJ/SE. Os aparelhos celulares eram utilizados para oferecer a droga aos clientes, em formato comercial, através de redes sociais. Um homem de 19 anos e uma mulher de 18 foram presos, autuados em flagrante e indiciados por tráfico interestadual de drogas e associação para o tráfico de entorpecentes.
