A relação entre política e quadrinhos estará em debate virtual nesta quarta
O historiador, especialista em Ciência Política e professor do Unit-PE, Thiago Modenesi, vai bater um papo sobre o assunto, durante o 6° Salão do Livro Político
Qual a relação entre política, quadrinhos e cultura? Essa é uma das abordagens que o historiador, especialista em Ciência Política e professor do Centro Universitário Tiradentes (Unit-PE), Thiago Modenesi fará nesta quarta (29), durante o 6° Salão do Livro Político. O bate-papo virtual será às 18h, com transmissão ao vivo pelo Youtube da Editora Anita Garibaldi (https://youtu.be/a1x9n9HK04c). Thiago também é pedagogo, Doutor em Educação, editor da editora Quadriculando, além de autor de livros e artigos sobre histórias em quadrinhos.
O evento virtual terá ainda a participação do editor da Anita Garibaldi, Cláudio Gonzalez. Eles falarão sobre lançamentos recentes da parceria entra as duas editoras. Entre eles, a HQ “Pintamonos”, que contém personagens como Frida Kahlo, acontecimentos históricos e artistas revolucionários. Outro título é a HQ uruguaia “Morrer pelo Che”, que aborda a histórica visita de Che Guevara ao Uruguai em 1961. Um trabalho premiado de Pablo Roy Leguisamo, Marcos Vergara (Jantar com Amigos) e Caio Di Lorenzo. Esses são alguns dos quadrinhos que fazem paralelo entre o mundo geek e a política, contextualizando história, o combate ao sistema e trazendo propostas de mundos melhores, por meio dos gibis.
