O que é IDH e o que ele avalia?
O Índice de Desenvolvido Humano baseia-se nos parâmetros de saúde, educação e renda para avaliar o desenvolvimento de um país, Estado e município. O Índice de Desenvolvimento Humano (IDH) é uma unidade de medida utilizada para aferir o grau de desenvolvimento de uma determinada sociedade nos quesitos de educação, saúde e renda. Pernambuco conta com 185, Municípios dos quais segundo os dados do IBGE, existem 106 municípios com índices de IDH Baixo, e 01 município com índice muito baixo.
Ou seja, dentre os 185 municípios, 106, estão situação dificílima de sobrevivência de acordo com IDH. Baseados nestes parâmetros de Saúde e Renda, e de acordo com os noticiários que circulam em nosso estado que confirma essa infeliz condição dos 106 municípios. Tudo isso faz parte de gestões incapazes de Governar, afinal de contas, onde ficaram as promessas de campanha com propostas mirabolantes de solução no combate a violência, nas melhorias na saúde publica, e na geração de Emprego e renda.
Os dados do IDH não mentem, é a prova cabal de uma gestão desqualificada, e a população é quem paga a conta final, com as péssimas condições de sobrevivência. A expectativa de vida, por exemplo, em nosso estado conforme os números da violência já revela a ausência de um Estado eficiente. Em outra gestão governamental tivemos um projeto de pacto pela Vida, até que tivemos bons resultados, no entanto vivemos outro momento, outra gestão, em que muitas vidas em nosso Estado estão sendo perdidas pela ausência de um Estado Eficiente.
Não é justo que a população pernambucana, que pagam abusivos impostos vejam estes bilionários recursos seguirem outros destinos que não sejam uma melhor qualidade de vida da população, que vem recebendo um tratamento desprezível como nos últimos anos confirmados pelos Índices do IDH.
Afinal de Contas, mais da metade dos municípios do nosso estado encontram-se desprovidas de ações governamentais eficientes que promovam desenvolvimento, geração de Renda, Segurança, Educação, Estradas decentes, em fim os 106 municípios em situação critica em Pernambuco, deseja um Estado forte, atuante, que trabalhe em favor de todas as cidades e não apenas de algumas que lhe convém, mas, que acima de tudo seja um governo que atue do sertão ao litoral com competência.
Mas, ainda podemos sonhar com melhores momentos, pois de forma competente e com resultados de eficiência acima do Estado Pernambuco conta com cidades em pleno desenvolvimento e aqui parabenizamos estes prefeitos por honrarem suas promessas de campanha para com seus municípios, aos reeleitos uma certeza de que governar bem é para poucos e não para trapalhões, para aqueles que assumem a prefeitura pela primeira vez com intuito de mudar o que existia antes desejamos sucesso e aguardamos os resultados, nas ultimas eleições municipais ficou claro o desejo de mudança por parte da população, cortando um elo oligárquico de grupos políticos que nada fizeram para o desenvolvimento do seu município.
É preciso ficar alerta, pois a verdadeira mudança vem de você cidadão, escolha seu representante de acordo com a competência que ele apresenta e não por simpatia, ou outros descréditos, pois quem pagará a conta é você, e sem duvida alguma será muito caro, como estamos vendo e pagando neste momento, e sabemos de quem é a culpa.
