DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY.

Today I woke up at 7:30 am I did not hear the alarm clock (zzzz) and my husband woke up the children to study.

On alternate weeks when my sister and brother-in-law are not at “central office” and at work locally, they leave my niece (goddaughter) here at home until the afternoon. That day came and went to her virtual class with my children at the office. I organized the space for everyone, had a coffee and started the day at 8:30.

I joined the WhatsApp groups of the school to see the demands, read the newsletters, circulars of the directive and administrative staff. I read the emails and the notes on the demands of the school.

At 9 am I had a meeting via WhatsApp and Google met with Professor Lucilene Chaves Costa who presented a beautiful project called “What are you hungry for?” which is being developed in the PD1 discipline classes with 6th-grade students (various classes). In this meeting, she presented the work done by the students on emotions, values, goodness, videos made by her, and the students, very rich activities developed with a lot of participation and interest from the students and many perceptions. Through this project, it detected students who needed assistance and referral, since they presented numerous emotional problems, such as anxiety, difficult family situations, and in alliance with SOE they suggested a joint action to work on this project.

At 11 am I watched the Educational Guidance Management on Sexual Violence against Children and Adolescents on Instagram. At 12:00 I stopped for lunch.

At 2 pm I went back to work meeting with the Educational Advisor Alessandra Ramalho to align the activities and conferences that were confirmed and promoted by SOE for teachers and students. Making videos and materials to insert in the Educational Guidance Room on the virtual platform for the entire school.

Publish activities on “Valuing life” and produce printed material to distribute to students who cannot attend classes on the platform and carry out printed activities.

At 3:00 p.m., meeting with the management and administrative team of the school to present the actions of the SOE and the approval of the team in the election of the speakers, the possibilities and difficulties for students and parents. Search for solutions and enable actions in search of the participation of the majority of students.

At 4 pm, participation in the collective meeting with the entire school team, management team, coordination, orientation, supervision, support, and teachers. At this meeting, various team issues, circulars, and opinions were discussed, and the importance of the virtual classroom and student participation were discussed. We noticed the little participation of the students in the fulfillment of the activities in the virtual classes and I also realized that the teachers are very busy, exacerbated with work, and a lot of demand for them to improve their function and the realization of teaching and learning virtually. At this meeting, I realized the support and willingness of the management to calmly face the demands of the school and teachers, their anguish and difficulties, as well as the search for solutions to the problems that arise in this new teaching modality.

On this day the collective meeting was extended from the schedule and due to my other job as a psychoanalyst, I connected the meeting on my cell phone and listened on the way to the clinic where I work. I had to disconnect from the meeting to see the patient starting at 6 pm, as the meeting lasted until 7 pm.

That day, a patient had an unforeseen event and allowed me to go down for a coffee in one of the “Shopping” cafeterias.

At 9 o’clock in the evening, I attended the last patient, a student from the Psychoanalysis course, who supervises him in his work as an academic psychoanalyst.

At 10 pm I returned home. I organized some things and slept at midnight. Zzzzzz

DAY 4 – THURSDAY.

I woke up at 6 am, I made breakfast, I woke up my children to study, I welcomed my niece, I organized the office for the children’s classes.

At 07:00 I went to the park for the morning walk. I got home, showered, and started work at 8:30 am.

I read the WhatsApp group messages, the emails, and prepared for a group session with the advisor Alessandra on Valuing Life activities with students on the platform.

At 9:00 am we promoted a round of conversation about the Valuation of Life for the students, with the participation of the teachers, contemplating the 8th and 9th-year students. Even with advance disclosure, the student presence was small, but I did notice great support from fellow teachers and appreciation of SOE actions for this work. We finish at 11:20.

At 12 o’clock I had a hasty lunch because at 13 o’clock an appointment with my ophthalmologist was scheduled.

I returned to Google Meet at 2:30 pm with the Valuing Life Conversation Wheel for 6th and 7th graders. We noticed a greater number of students present, as well as active participation in the conversation circle, where the students spoke about their feelings, projects and presented new ways of reinventing themselves in this pandemic period; many teachers also presented their strategies to face this new normal and adapt to this new reality. It was a very productive day. At the end of this action, we made an assessment of the moment that gave us great feedback.

At 4:50 p.m., I finished my work on the platform, then I spoke with Advisor Alessandra about the work of the SOE, and we realized that it was very productive.

At 17:30 I started my services as a Psychoanalyst via “Online”. I treated two consecutive patients. After the services, I showered and rested for 1 hour, at which point I was talking to my children and my husband. I got a glass of wine and started my student journey.

At the beginning of the pandemic to pass the time, I started some online courses and since then I have been taking several courses. On Thursday night I study Postgraduate classes or classes in online courses.

At 8:30 p.m. there was a class in the Applied Neuroscience Course with NLP until 10:30 p.m. After that time I saw a movie and fell asleep at 00:00. Zzzzzzz
