The routine of the day is repeated. Who doesn’t have a routine? I am ready for classes today.
I access the platform knowing that today’s programming includes the disciplines: sociology, physics, and Portuguese.
On the platform, it was written, from 8 in the morning, that the activities of the Sociology subject would be published for the students. But it ended up not being, and I don’t know what happened to make that happen. Unfortunately, sociology classes are rarely conducted through Google’s meeting platform or another, through conversations and discussions about the content of the curriculum and everything.
This type of failure acts as a hindrance to learning because, in this way, it becomes very difficult to assimilate all the subjects, only with the various videos posted on the platform of other teachers, and without their respective explanations, to help us understand.
The physics class went wonderfully well. The teacher shows a splendid ingenuity when it comes to explaining the contents, on every day of his classes. After the physics class, the school board posted notices on the platform about the time of entry, the need for the textbook next to the student, the presence of the water bottle as well.
At the end of all the reports, the objective of the teacher is demonstrated, which should be focused on helping the student, when it comes to learning the content, not passing lots of activities, but only questions related to what he teaches.
As for the Portuguese language, the teacher is always attentive to us. Apply your classes in module format through the remote application. In fact, he virtually does not attend or hold meetings on Google Meet, but he always posts videos that explain the content to be seen.
Thus, I note that perhaps the virtual presence of the teacher in the classes on the remote platforms is critical so that the students do not feel abandoned, but, if they cannot be in all the virtual classes, at least they do it like the Portuguese teacher, which in addition to distributing the modules of your classes, publishes videos explaining the content.
Today was not as frustrating as the previous ones. Once the classes are over, I turn off the platform and leave for the rest of the day, even looking for some time to study and rest. I hope to be successful …

I wake up early again, do my morning hygiene. I have my breakfast. It’s time to start remote classes. I open my computer and access the school’s virtual platform, already knowing that today’s subjects are: physics, Spanish and Portuguese.
With the physics class, everything is going well, as always. The teacher already shows signs of adaptation to this new virtual reality. Teach the content well and review the doubts we have. It is a simple methodology with results. The teacher does what he must do. This makes life easier for the student interested in learning.
It’s time for Spanish class. A language that surrounds Brazil across all its borders. The teacher, as always, publishes many activities. He never held a virtual meeting, and not only to explain the content of the class but also to not lose the emotional contact between teachers and students. The need to explain to students the methodology used in teaching the Spanish language, which is so important for the interaction between Brazil and the other Latin American countries, is even ignored.
I can’t help saying that, in my opinion, there is a certain disregard for teaching content. Do not forward kilos of activities without the proper interaction of content and people. I also take French classes in another public school and I know that in the study of languages you need to interact with the conversation, with writing, and grammar. Otherwise, one tries to teach and I dare to learn and in the end, the student loses more than everyone else because the teacher is already, in a way, with his life gained …
In Portuguese, the teacher does not meet on Google Meet, but publishes the weekly activity module with videos made by herself teaching the content of the week, without prejudice to our learning.

These were the first five days of the DIARY. We’ll see what you book next week.
To be continued…
