Colegiado rejeitou por 1 voto proposta sobre destituição de juízes da Suprema Corte.
Conforme foi noticiado pelo site Conexão Política, a maioria dos parlamentares da Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ) da Câmara decidiu, nesta última quarta-feira (5), rejeitar a proposta que estabelecia a possibilidade de destituição de ministros do Supremo Federal Tribunal (STF) que usurpassem competência do Executivo e do Legislativo.
O parecer apresentado pela deputada Chris Tonietto (PSL-RJ) estabelecia, na Lei do Impeachment (1.079/50), que “usurpar competência” seria crime de responsabilidade por parte dos magistrados. O relatório, contudo, foi rejeitado por uma diferença de um voto: 33 a 32.
