Educação profissional, gestão, saúde, soluções tecnológicas e inovação para o fomento e crescimento da indústria. Estes foram os temas em evidência, nesta quinta-feira (18), em Petrolina – PE, durante reunião do conselho empresarial da Unidade Regional Sertão do São Francisco da Federação das Indústrias do Estado de Pernambuco –FIEPE/URSF com representantes do SESI-PE, SENAI-PE e Sebrae-PE.
O encontro, um dos primeiros na forma presencial deste ano, foi aberto pelo diretor adjunto da URSF/FIEPE, Huberto Costa, que destacou a importância do contato direto entre as indústrias e as entidades que colocam em prática os projetos de atendimento às necessidades e tendências do mercado.
Na sequência, a diretora de Saúde e Segurança do SESI-PE, Fernanda Guerra, apresentou alguns encaminhamentos já colocados em prática a partir de compromissos firmados, no último mês de setembro, durante última escuta realizada no município pelo Sistema FIEPE.
Após ressaltar a importância da valorização do profissional da indústria, a diretora fez uma breve análise dos serviços de saúde e segurança que hoje são disponibilizados ao setor produtivo e concluiu anunciando novas contratações profissionais, reforma e ampliação da unidade do Sesi em Petrolina.
Depois foi a vez dos conselheiros ouvirem a analista do Sebrae Mara Almeida falar das diretrizes estratégicas da Unidade da entidade no Sertão do São Francisco. Enfatizando também o foco nas necessidades da indústria, Mara Almeida garantiu que o Sebrae vai inaugurar, em 2022, uma nova agência em Petrolina e um novo conceito no atendimento aos programas nas áreas do agronegócio, comércio e serviços.
No encerramento, a diretora de Educação do SENAI-PE, Carla Abigail, tirou dúvidas dos conselheiros, acrescentou que a entidade está à disposição dos empresários para atender as demandas da indústria e anunciou ainda para a escola do Senai em Petrolina a oferta de novos cursos na área de energias renováveis, já a partir do ano que vem.
