SESI-PE oferece 200 vagas gratuitas para cursos a distância
Com o objetivo de oferecer educação de qualidade e capacitar a mão de obra do setor produtivo, o SESI-PE está oferecendo 200 vagas gratuitas para dois cursos na modalidade de educação a distância (EaD): A Importância do Feedback e Satisfação do Cliente. As inscrições estão abertas e devem ser feitas até o dia 15 de março em www.pe.sesi.org.br.
Podem se inscrever pessoas que tenham e-mail, acesso à internet e noções básicas de informática. Depois que a matrícula for confirmada, o estudante terá o prazo de 30 dias para acompanhar os conteúdos e concluir o curso desejado. As aulas são ministradas totalmente online, o que possibilita ao aluno escolher o melhor local, dia e horário para assisti-las. Outro benefício é que todos os cursos do SESI-PE são autoinstrucionais, ou seja, não carecem de acompanhamento de um tutor online.
Com carga horária de 8 horas, A Importância do Feedback aborda a definição de feedback, os segredos para uma boa liderança, o que falar para o funcionário, quando dar feedback, entre outros assuntos.
Já Satisfação do Cliente conta com carga horária de 40 horas e visa disseminar conhecimentos sobre administração com foco no contentamento do cliente, considerando que todo serviço e produto ofertado passa pelo crivo de análise da clientela de uma empresa e que a qualidade do serviço e/ou produto estará sempre em função da necessidade e das expectativas do consumidor.
Depois de cumprir a carga horária total do curso escolhido, o aluno participará de uma avaliação na plataforma educacional e, se alcançar 70 pontos no exame, receberá a Certificação de Conclusão. Outras informações pelo e-mail educacao.distancia@pe.sesi.org.br.
