*“POLÍCIA FEDERAL APREENDE 7KG (SETE QUILOS) DE COCAÍNA NO AEROPORTO INTERNACIONAL DOS GUARARAPES E PRENDE UMA FILIPINA POR TRÁFICO INTERNACIONAL DE ENTORPECENTES”.*
A Polícia Federal em Pernambuco, prendeu em flagrante no dia 13/11/2018, por volta das 22h, no Aeroporto Internacional dos Guararapes/Gilberto Freyre *CHRISTINE ARBIS VIDAL*, filipina, casada, 46 anos, enfermeira e residente em Fuentes Subdivision-Roxas City-Filipinas-(não possui antecedentes criminais). A prisão aconteceu durante fiscalização de rotina destinada a reprimir o tráfico internacional e doméstico de entorpecentes no Aeroporto Internacional dos Guararapes – Gilberto Freyre. Os Policiais Federais ao selecionarem alguns passageiros e submetê-los a uma entrevista preliminar perceberam que a suspeita estava muito nervosa, impaciente e inquieta quando os policiais começaram a lhe fazer algumas perguntas, principalmente quando não soube explicar porque razão veio passar férias no Brasil.
A ação teve seu desfecho final quando os policiais federais ao procederem a abertura de sua mala *identificaram 06 (seis) embalagens de detergentes líquido para lavar roupas que ao passar pelo exame narcoteste resultou positivo para cocaína, totalizando um peso bruto de 7Kg (sete quilos).* Além da droga também foram apreendidos cartão de embarque, 01 (um) aparelho celular, além da quantia de U$ 301 (trezentos e um dólares americanos) – cerca de R$ 1.140 reais e RM$ 101 (cento e um ringgits malaios) – cerca de R$ 100 reais. A droga tinha como destino final Saigon-Vietnam, após fazer uma escala em Lisboa-Portugal e em Dubai, cidade dos Emirados Árabes.*
Terminado os trabalhos investigativos e tendo sido a droga encontrada, a filipina recebeu voz de prisão em flagrante foi informada dos seus direitos e garantias constitucionais e em seguida levada para a sede da Polícia Federal no Cais do Apolo, onde acabou sendo autuada pela prática do crime contido no artigo 33 c/c artigo 40 inciso I da Lei nº 11.343/2006 (tráfico internacional de entorpecentes) e caso seja condenada poderá pegar penas que variam de 5 a 20 anos de reclusão. Após a autuação, a presa realizou Exame de Corpo de Delito no IML-Instituto de Medicina Legal, passou pela audiência de custódia onde foi CONFIRMADA A SUA PRISÃO PREVENTIVA para em seguida ser conduzido para a Colônia Penal Feminina do Bom Pastor, onde ficará à disposição da Justiça Federal/PE.
Em seu interrogatório a presa deu poucos detalhes sobre sua participação no tráfico de drogas, limitando-se a dizer que recebeu a droga em São Paulo/SP, sem informar quem havia sido a pessoa que lhe entregou e nem a quem a repassaria quando desembarcasse em Saigon-Vietnam. Também não informou o quanto iria receber pelo transporte da droga.
*ESTATÍSTICAS DE APREENSÕES:*
Esta é a décima segunda apreensão de drogas no ano de 2018 realizada pela Polícia Federal no Aeroporto Internacional dos Guararapes. Até agora foram feitas 15 (quinze) prisões (nove mulheres e seis homens). Foram apreendidos 49,1Kg (quarenta e nove quilos e cem gramas) de cocaína e 86,5Kg (oitenta e seis quilos e quinhentos gramas) de Haxixe. Em 2017 foram realizadas 22 (vinte e duas) prisões (doze homens e dez mulheres) e apreensão de 45,9Kg de cocaína, 43Kg de Skunk, 22,8Kg de Haxixe, 10,4Kg de metanfetamina e 30 quilos de maconha.
