Jaboatão intensifica combate à gripe e cria pontos descentralizados de vacinação
A fim de aumentar a proteção da população contra a influenza, a Prefeitura do Jaboatão dos Guararapes intensificou a vacinação contra o vírus em todo o município. Além das 105 salas de vacinação distribuídas pelas sete regionais da cidade, que incluem o Hospital da Aeronáutica e a unidade do grupo Stellantis da Galeria Garden, agora é possível receber o imunizante em quatro pontos de drive-thru, com faixa rápida para pedestres, onde, também, são disponibilizadas doses contra a Covid-19. São eles: a Casa da Cultura, em Jaboatão Centro; no Centro Cultural Miguel Arraes e no Atacadão, ambos localizados no bairro de Prazeres.
Nas unidades de saúde tradicionais, o horário de atendimento ao público vai das 7h às 16h, de segunda a sexta-feira. Já nos pontos de drive-thru, o público pode comparecer entre 8h30 e 17h. Há, ainda, o ponto instalado no Shopping Guararapes, em Piedade, que funciona de domingo a domingo, das 12h às 20h.
“Resolvemos descentralizar os pontos de vacinação e, em alguns pontos, realizar a aplicação da vacina em dose dupla, contra a influenza e o novo coronavírus, como mais uma estratégia de combate a essas duas doenças responsáveis por causar Síndrome Respiratória Aguda Grave. A vacinação é gratuita e de muito fácil acesso, então é imprescindível que cada um faça sua parte nessa luta. E é indispensável que as pessoas continuem atentas às medidas preventivas, utilizando máscaras, mantendo o distanciamento e a higienização das mãos”, reforçou o prefeito Anderson Ferreira..
Jaboatão ampliou a vacinação contra a gripe para o público geral desde o último mês de agosto. De acordo com o Programa Municipal de Imunização (PMI), não é preciso realizar agendamento, bastando apenas comparecer a um ponto de aplicação de doses portando documento oficial com foto e comprovante de residência. O PMI reforça a importância da vacinação como medida protetiva, e lembra que todos podem e devem buscar a imunização contra a influenza, salvo quem apresentar quadro de febre.
