Jaboatão dos Guararapes avança no ranking nacional de transparência
O município do Jaboatão dos Guararapes tem, desde 2017, avançado nos índices de transparência pública e controle social, e passado a figurar, desde então, entre as cidades com melhores pontuações do País. Na última sexta-feira (12), a Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU) divulgou a mais recente Escala Brasil de Transparência, na qual aponta que Jaboatão saiu da 172ª posição para a 64ª. Os dados oficiais mostram que a nota 9,39 foi superior às médias das cidades pesquisadas (6,85), das capitais (8,73) e dos estados (8,73).
Para alcançar esse resultado, o município, através da Controladoria Municipal, investiu em um novo Portal da Transparência, tornando a ferramenta mais acessível à população, apresentando conteúdo de modo simples, com linguagem cidadã de fácil compreensão. Além disso, estão disponíveis diversas informações sobre os gastos públicos municipais.
De acordo com o prefeito Anderson Ferreira, “é cada vez mais necessário que a gestão pública invista em transparência, amplie a política de dados abertos e disponibilize informações sobre o governo que sejam de interesse de toda população”. “Só assim será possível assegurar uma gestão mais transparente, efetiva e responsável”, acrescentou o gestor.
NOVA SEDE
Além da notícia do crescimento no ranking nacional da transparência, o Dia Nacional do Ouvidor foi comemorado, nessa terça-feira (16), com a inauguração da nova sede da Ouvidoria Municipal, no prédio anexo do Palácio da Batalha, localizado na Avenida Barreto de Menezes, 1648, em Prazeres. A população passa a contar com um espaço mais acessível para dar sugestões, fazer reclamações e elogios, no intuito de garantir qualidade na prestação de serviço e mais transparência.
“Esse novo espaço representa o trabalho que estamos realizando para que os direitos dos jaboatonenses sejam respeitados. A Ouvidoria é o canal por onde a população exerce a sua cidadania e a gestão pública cumpre seu dever de assegurar a interlocução com todo o município. Os ouvidores têm um papel fundamental no controle social e na melhoria do serviço público”, disse o prefeito Anderson Ferreira.
