INTEGRANTES DA ABCCRIM MARCAM PRESENÇA NOS QUADROS DE TRANSIÇÃO DO GOVERNO FEDERAL E DA SECRETARIA DA MULHER DO GOVERNO DE PERNAMBUCO.
O Presidente Nacional da Academia Brasileira de Ciências Criminais (ABCCRIM), entidade de fins culturais com sede nacional em Olinda-PE, professor Cristiano Carrilho, emitiu Nota de Congratulação parabenizando a equipe de transição do Governo Federal e a governadora de Pernambuco, Raquel Lyra, pela prioridade dada a participação de mulheres que integram os quadros da ABCCRIM nas equipes de transição federal e alto escalão do governo de Pernambuco, em sintonia com a consciência coletiva da importância feminina na gestão pública e na política, expressada por ações no desenvolvimento da equidade de gênero nos quadros do Poder Executivo Federal e Estadual.
A Nota de Congratulação emitida pelo presidente nacional da ABCCRIM, Cristiano Carrilho foi motivada pela indicação, no plano nacional da professora Roselle Adriane Soglio (Vice Presidente Nacional da ABCCRIM) na equipe de transição do governo federal e no plano estadual, da professora Regina Célia Almeida Silva Barbosa (Membro Benemérita da ABCCRIM), para ocupar a Secretaria da Mulher do Governo de Pernambuco.
Em relação aos currículos das indicadas, a paulista Roselle Adriane Soglio, é presidente da ABCCRIM-SP, fundadora e atual Vice Presidente Nacional da ABCCRIM é membro efetivo da Associação Portuguesa de Ciências Forenses-Porto/Portugal-APFCF, Sócia administradora da Soglio Advocacia e Consultoria Jurídica, advogada criminalista, com especialização em Direito Penal e Direito Processual Penal pela PUC/SP, palestrante e professora de Direito Penal, Direito Processual Penal, Medicina Legal e de Criminalística, Mestre e Doutoranda em História da Ciência pela PUC/SP, coordenadora de Cursos de Pós-graduação em Perícias Criminais. É ainda especialista em Perícias Criminais, com atuação em grandes casos de repercussão nacional. Autora de diversos livros, dentre eles Estatuto de Desarmamento Comentado.
Regina Célia Almeida Silva Barbosa possui graduação em Filosofia pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (1995), Mestrado em Ciência Política pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2000) e concluindo o Doutorado em Direito, Justiça e Cidadania para o Século XXI na Universidade de Coimbra em Portugal. Atualmente é professora universitária, sócia fundadora, Vice-presidente e Coordenadora Pedagógica do Instituto Maria da Penha. Tem experiência na área de Ciência Política, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: cidadania e direitos humanos, políticas públicas, democracia e violência, Gênero, Violência contra Mulher, Exclusão, Inclusão social e Empreendedorismo e exclusão social. Regina Célia tem uma significativa experiência na área de Coordenação de Cursos de Extensão. Em 2007, coordenou o Curso de Promotoras Legais Populares em 10 municípios do Estado de Pernambuco; coordenou o Curso de Defensoras dos Direitos à Cidadania em 4 municípios do Estado de Pernambuco, certificando 100 mulheres e Coordena o Curso de Defensoras e Defensores dos Direitos à Cidadania para Universitários, ofertado gratuitamente a população pela Faculdade Metropolitana e pela UNISÃOMIGUEL, com apoio Embaixada Americana e Direção Geral do Instituto Maria da Penha.
