Mais uma vez as chuvas comprovam a falta de compromisso e responsabilidade dos gestores pernambucanos, em especial aos que foram eleitos pelos recifenses.
Dias atrás alguns dos vereadores travaram debate na câmara dos Vereadores do Recife, sobre as mortes no Estado do Rio de Janeiro, alguns vereadores do Recife até demonstraram revolta com a ação da Policia que por consequências das incursões dos militares alguns confrontantes morreram. Apenas o fato de confrontar com a policia demonstra algo fora do normal, nossos leitores afirmam que ao invés de debaterem sobre algo que em nada resolveria o caso citado, os vereadores deveriam se preocupar com os infinitos problemas que a cidade vem enfrentando nos últimos dez anos.
Nossos leitores consideram fora do normal a invisibilidades de muitos vereadores no tocante aos problemas que afetam a todos os recifenses, os vereadores do Recife teriam que assumir a responsabilidade de representarem o povo recifense com maior tenacidade, ao invés de se preocupar com problemas que não traz nenhum benéfico a capital pernambucana, é notório que toda regra tem suas exceções, e que alguns vereadores até se esforçam para desempenhar da melhor forma suas funções. Com tantos recursos destinados a câmara de vereadores percebe-se um alto custo com o mínimo beneficio a população.
Vejamos os custos: Em 2021, a Câmara de Vereadores do Recife conta com 39 parlamentares, que ao longo de quatro anos devem consumir dos cofres públicos a soma de: R$ 172.688,992 92. (Cento e Setenta e dois milhões, seiscentos e oitenta e oito mil e noventa e dois centavos), gastos com auxilio alimentação, gasolina, verba para correios e telefonia, verbas indenizatória de gabinete, além do famoso auxilio paletó no valor de R$ 18.980,00, duas vezes ao longo do mandato de cada vereador.
Caso estes valores fossem destinados a obras e benfeitorias para população, seria possível requalificar as principais avenidas na cidade do Recife, recuperar e construir centenas de praças e reformar os mercados públicos existentes nos bairros, além de melhorar as instalações dos postos de saúde, realizar a desobstrução de canais de Rede de Esgotos, entre tantos outros benefícios.
Mas as Chuvas que caem sobre a cidade do Recife, mostra uma cidade refém da ingerência, com barreiras caindo e em alguns casos com registro de vitimas fatal, inúmero ruas e avenidas totalmente alagadas, em fim o caos. Situação essa que poderia não existir, caso houvesse um trabalho de fiscalização eficiente por parte destes vereadores, não apenas em virtude das chuvas, mas sim por inúmeras mazelas que a sociedade vem enfrentando, basta percorrer a Av Dantas Barreto, o Cais de Santa Rita, todas as Praças do centro da cidade, a iluminação pública, ou seja, todas essas citações em total estado de abandono.
O Transporte público uma vergonha, seja em virtude da qualidade dos veículos (ônibus), ou pelo abusivo preço da tarifa. Existe um consórcio de transporte público em que não se percebe a presença efetiva de alguns vereadores como protagonistas a favor da população, algo inadmissível. No tocante a fiscalizar as ações do Executivo, um show de descompromisso com a sociedade, apenas para não ir tão distante vejam o caso dos “Respiradores de Porco”, escândalo relacionado ao desvio de recursos públicos.
Nossos leitores apontam as exceções existentes, eles sabem que alguns vereadores realmente tentam fazer bem mais, no entanto seu esforço é sufocado por outros que nada fazem. O Recife perde o titulo de “Veneza Brasileira” para se tornar a “Atlântida” do nordeste. Saindo um pouco dessa situação ingrata que vivenciamos, faremos aqui uso do saudosismo, com intuito de minimizar estes momentos difíceis e lamentáveis.
Saudamos aqui alguns excelentes Ex-Prefeitos e alguns vereadores que realmente se destacaram ao representar a sociedade com trabalhos visíveis, não só para os recifenses, e sim para o mundo, momentos estes em que o turismo entre tantas outras maravilhas nos fazia termos o orgulho do titulo da “Veneza Brasileira”, agradecemos aos nobres Ex-Prefeitos: Gustavo Krause, Joaquim Francisco, Roberto Magalhães, Jarbas Vasconcelos, e os vereadores, Liberato Costa Júnior, Carlos Eduardo Cadoca, Waldomiro Ferreira, Fred Oliveira, Otávio Augusto Cavalcante, Zé Neves, Homero Lacerda, Eclésio Menezes, entre tantos outros nomes de relevantes serviços prestados a sociedade. Resta-nos aqui pedir a Deus que as chuvas cessem, para que os recifenses voltem pelo menos a ter a possibilidade de transitarem pelas ruas.
Quanto a atual câmara de vereadores, que os parlamentares daquela casa reflitam quanto o seu real dever ao qual foram eleitos pelo povo, afinal de contas, votos de aplausos a políticos que possam ter a mínima relação ou envolvimento com ilegalidades, ou horas de debates sobre problemas relacionados a outras cidades, não devem ser custeados com os impostos pagos pela sociedade recifense.
