Uma denúncia anônima levou o Ministério Público do Trabalho a abrir investigação em face da Prefeitura de Camaragibe. Nos autos da denúncia, estão contidos várias irregularidades e estas confirmadas por testemunhas convocadas pelo MPT-PE.
Na audiência que ocorreu de forma virtual na manhã desta terça-feira (25), participaram a Presidente do SIMCACE-Sindicato Metropolitano dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde e Agentes de Combate às Endemias e o Advogado do Sindicato, a Secretaria de Saúde do Município de Camaragibe não participou da audiência usando de justificativa que não conseguiram acessar o link disponibilizados pelo MPT-PE.
Em audiência a presidente do SIMCACE Rosileide Machado, confirmou as alegações da denuncia, onde profissionais precisam comprar suas próprias máscaras e que muitas não tem eficácia de proteção.
diante dos fatos apresentados e confirmados, o MPT-PE abriu prazo de 48 horas para que o Município denunciado se manifeste acerca dos fatos relatados na audiência, requerendo o Programa de Prevenção dos Riscos Ambientais ou Plano de Contingência das Unidades Hospitalares para o Covid-19 elaborados pelo Município, comprovantes ou fichas de entrega de EPIs dos últimos 30 dias, com indicações do certificado de aprovação correspondente relativamente aos ACSs e ACIs, relação de kits de prevenção de covid-19 fornecidos por setor/função, com respectivos prazos de reposição e comprovantes de treinamentos para o uso e descartes dos EPIs.
Procurada pelo Portal Cidade Livre, a Presidente do SINCACE Rosileide Machado declara que “ A audiência de hoje trouxe a certeza que temos órgãos comprometidos em fiscalizar e garantir os direitos dos trabalhadores, e suas vidas”.
