Clientes da Compesa podem negociar dívida no mutirão do Procon Recife
A Companhia Pernambucana de Saneamento (Compesa) é umas das empresas participantes do Mutirão de Negociação promovido pelo Procon Recife. A ação começa nesta quarta (05) e termina na sexta-feira (07), na sede do COMPAZ Escritor Ariano Suassuna, no bairro do Cordeiro, Recife. A companhia vai disponibilizar no mutirão todos os serviços oferecidos numa loja de atendimento da Compesa, como a segunda via da fatura de água, registro de reclamações, solicitação de ligação de água e esgoto, além da negociação de débitos com melhores condições para parcelamentos da dívida e descontos para pagamentos à vista. Poderão aproveitar os descontos especiais os clientes que possuem conta de água vencida e com atraso superior a 90 dias.
A Compesa vai disponibilizar no mutirão uma equipe de três atendentes, no horário das 9h às 16 horas. O endereço do COMPAZ Escritor Ariano Suassuna é Rua Antônio Valdevino Costa, nº 236. Além dos mutirões promovidos pelo Procon, a companhia disponibiliza diversos canais de atendimento para o cliente, que pode fazer suas solicitações nas lojas de todo o Estado, na Agência Virtual da Compesa – acessando o endereço www.compesa.com.br – e pelo teleatendimento 0800 081 0185 ( vazamento e extravasamento de esgoto) e pelo 0800 081 0195 ( demais serviços e informações) .
